My Barcelona chair and ottoman were waiting for me when I got home last night.  After un-crating and unpacking it (wow, that was quite the packing job, by the way), it was quick and easy to set up.  And most importantly, we love it!  Super comfortable, aesthetically beautiful and very well made, with obvious pride and attention to detail.  And the customer service that I received throughout the process has been simply outstanding.
