We purchased a Saarinen Calcutta Marble Tulip table, along with four wire DSR moulded plastic side chairs. They were in stock items, and we picked them up at the Delta warehouse, so the turnaround time between payment and pick up was only a little more than two weeks. The marble table top was very well packed, as was the aluminum base, and the four chairs. The warehouse pick up was very easy, and the staff were helpful. Also, dealing directly with the Rove staff in Vancouver has been a good experience. There was no damage to any of the items, and the quality of the table is very high. The chairs are good, but there is quite a bit of spring when leaning back. I will try a licensed Herman Miller version at another Vancouver store to see if it has the same elasticity. One chair had some of the polypropylene in the threaded shafts of two bolt holders, which required reaming with a threading tap. Also, one of the chair bases had a weld which was a little off center, which made fitting the bolts difficult. However, they are together now, and they look great. We are happy with them, and we are especially happy with the table. We have ordered  a PK 31 sofa and matching chair, which are in shipment now, and we have our fingers crossed that they will be as good as the table and chairs. Being in the Vancouver area gives us the luxury of going to the showroom, and talking directly with Rove representatives, however, I wouldn't hesitate to use them as an online company, as the service is professional,
