I enjoyed my online shopping experience. It would be even better if you could filter sofas by firmness level. I didn’t like the fact that customer service wasn’t open on Saturday. Most people work so Saturdays would be a key time to have customer service reps available.

Overall, it was second time purchasing from ROVE Concepts. First time was just a bed frame few years ago, and we loved it so much, we decided to purchase our most of major furnitures for our first new home from Rove, and I am glad we did it. Rove's wood quality did not disappoint me, their wood bed frame is the best I think. Their customer service might be a little slow but it's the best. I really appreciate their care. Also, furnitures actually arrived earlier than we expected and it was great. Our new home with new Rove furnitures so far amazing!

My experience with Rove this far has been great. Knowledgeable concierge and easy to use website. The website is very descriptive and offers all the information I needed to plan my interior design. The only issues I would mention is the website is a little glitchy sometimes and not fully optimized for iPhone. Thankyou!

This is regarding the purchase experience only.
When I got to the final page, I was not able to finalize the purchase. It kept churning. I looked up the phone number and they do not take phone calls. I had to "chat" to finish the purchase. It was a lengthy process! The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful....it just took too long. A call would have probably taken about half the time.
I noticed that it just shipped which is very prompt.
I am looking forward to a good product product.

Great product cannot wait to receive it...but the website and the functionality really needs some help. Site is so slow and images are messed up on many of the pages. Really takes a lot of patience and persistence to proceed through to checkout
