Ordered the Chloe bed frame 4/26/21 and received it 5/4/21. Super impressed with the bed frame itself. Although it was delivered in 3 separate, very heavy boxes, putting the bed together was very straightforward and easy. Thankfully it wasn’t like putting together an IKEA bed…most of the screws were already in place, and it came in less than 10 pieces. It’s a beautiful, high quality bed frame.

Easy to purchase products online without any assistance, information is clear, and easy to understand, images are great.

I had place an order for dining table and Audrey chairs. We were not home so our son accepted the delivery. After few days, we realized one of the chair was damaged. I got in touch with Rove claim department. I was hoping my claim would be rejected since we had accepted the delivery. However, to my surprise they replaced it with new one at no cost. That's what I call excellent customer service.

So far the experience with Rove has been extremely professional. I received my samples in a timely manner and they were beautiful. I can’t wait to get my chairs!

Rove concierge was super helpful in allowing me to split an extended sectional into two deliveries as one of the pieces was back-ordered. This will allow us to enjoy a shorter sectional while waiting for the extra piece to arrive. Although we paid a bit extra for shipping, this was well worth the effort. Look forward to receiving the sectional.

Great online experience, well designed web site, easy shopping experience and well articulated member benefits. Lead time for delivery of product is a little too long / too slow.

I have been checking online for a modular sofa. I connected with Rove and finally got what I wanted. When I wasn't sure about the color I spoke to one of their customer service rep, Alex and she was so help full in explaining the color and even went further to send me sample of the colors available within two business days to my condo. It was a wonderful experience. There are two thing that Rove should improve in terms of their products and marketing: 1. Options to choose different size of sofa to fit according to the floor plan. 2. Fast turn around time from the concierge services as I had to wait for two days for someone to connect with me to answer all my questions. 3. 3D effect should have an option to choose the sectional and check the spacing accordingly instead of a standard predetermined sectionals.
