Bought a couch
Bought a couch, the only thing I don’t like is all the extra fees & shippings costs associated. You guys make me feel like I’m getting a deal on the front end as a member but by the time I checked I end up paying the same price as a non member.

Nitpicking!
The furnitures are absolutely stunning and you can find anything from classic to more modern look. I did not give 5 stars just because the section of the product page where they list the dimensions can be a bit more precise. For example, they could easily list how big the drawers are in the TV console that I bought.
Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. The website is beautiful and easy to navigate. I had some detailed questions relating to the bed I ordered regarding the support for my particular mattress type. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get the response back. I had reached out several times by phone (no response) and chat. The third person that I connected with via chat was helpful and provided me a photograph of the bed base which was what I needed.

Wrong order but good results
The product is of excellent quality. I like my angelo dinning chairs very much. However they did a mistake in my order: they sent me 2 chairs in the wrong color. But you know what? It even look better this way in my dinning room, Rove concept offer me a discount for the wrong chairs and I am happy to keep them!

Dresden Modular Sectional
I recently ordered a Dresden Modular Section from Rove and I'm so happy with my purchase. The sectional is beautiful, I love the Trento Black Leather. It's supple, yet durable. We have 2 toddlers and 2 kids and there aren't any scratches in the leather so far.
The sofa is firm, but quite comfortable and is well made. I can tell that it'll last a long time.
The customer service that I received from Rove was excellent. The sales rep was helpful and answered all of the questions that I had. Rove also sent free fabric samples, so we were able to pick the one that worked best in our space.
I will definitely be place more orders with Rove in the future.
Milo Modular Sofa
Purchased the 4200 an something Milo modular sofa and have to say not 100% happy. This was a replacement of my BoConcept sofa which was basically the closet thing to it that I could find but I guess you get what you paid for. It's extremely uncomfortable and just because you have something designed to be modular doesn't mean you shouldn't provide a solution for every part of the sofa moving away from each other just from sitting down. I ended up having to remove the low quality feet and then add bracket to hold the sofa to each piece which I can remove them if I need the sofa modular. If the sofa didn't come in 5 giant boxes , I would have returned. This is the luxury "looking" classified sofa at a value price but not a replacement for a high end luxury brand at all.
