Overall it was a great experience ordering from Rove Concepts! We asked some questions on their Instagram and got responses within 24 hours. The only complaint we had was with the website. For some reason it loaded really slow on our computer. At one point we couldn’t select the size or fabric of the bed we wanted.

Easy to navigate Rove Concepts website, select, customize and order our modular sectional! They do white glove delivery which makes it easier on our life too! Quality looks great!

Rate a 4, simply because I had some trouble with the option to pay over a year time frame, so I paid with Apple Pay instead. It was a bit frustrating, but the products are magnificent from what I have seen, because my friend has the kitchen table I just ordered.

I haven’t received my order yet and in the end that’s what counts. Right now the only thing I can comment on is the website. To me it seems like it has some bugs and inconsistent user flows, but nothing too serious.
I also don’t love the membership thing.. it feels like a gimmick.
The furniture on the website looks amazing, that's why I ordered. Hopefully it looks the same in real life :)

Check out was easy and quick. The only question I had was regarding shipping and the costs. It was fast and efficient to use the live chat. Customer Service was responsive and had an answer ready at hand. I only wish it was noted on the shipping FAQs that the costs were based on the whole price point, not the member price. I look forward to enjoying my new pieces!

Checkout and ordering was straight forward. Didn't need any concierge help. Super excited about our chairs - cannot wait for them to arrive. They are exactly what we have been looking for.
One suggestion, since it takes so long to get a custom order (up to 20 weeks) it seems like we should only be charged for half the cost up front. This is how other competing vendors do it. To pay full price and then sit for almost half a year is a little painful.

I had a positive experience for the most part. I really like the style of most of the furniture, just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I feel like the membership should have included shipping benefits because $100 a year is pretty steep.

We found the selection process really straight forward. With the dimension diagrams, options of how to select fabrics and hardware, and up to date information about availability we were able to make easy selections for our new home. We’re so excited to see the furniture when it arrives.
