I am a Set Decorator for Film and Television based in Vancouver Canada! I not only have used Rove for many of my sets but also in my personal life and, have to say, I have never been disappointed! The furniture is always even more beautiful in person and communication with sales representatives is easy and helpful! Highly recommend!

Easy ordering!

Rove has been great so far! We just signed up for a year membership and bought a couch with the member discount. Shipping is pricey, especially for a member, but hopefully it is worth it!

I accidentally ordered an item I didn't mean to and customer service handled it immediately. Very nice and very helpful. I love all the product offered and was very pleased to see how much was actually in stock and ready to ship. Thank you!

Easy to find info and buy

Each and every customer service experience I've had with Rove Concepts has been exceptional. The website is easy to navigate, the pictures and videos of their products are great, and the checkout process is quick and easy. I plan on ordering from Rove again.

I inquired about an expired voucher which I forgot to redeem. The agent was knowledgeable and kind, extending my voucher for me to use.

The representative answered all my questions and was quick to adjust my online order on her end. Very efficient process. Looking forward to seeing my new furniture when it arrives!

Customer care team was returning my call from the day before and there were two questions I needed help on. One of them was related to cleaning services for sectionals and if Rove Concepts are working/recommending any company to clean their furniture in the area of Miami. The answer was that they had no company they can recommend. It would be helpful for the customers to have a few options of trusted services that have worked with Rove concepts furniture and familiar with materials, handling and care. Second question was around sectional connectors as the furniture (Porter sectional) comes in two pieces that are not attached to each other. I was trying to see if she can share with me the link where I can purchase that (either Amazon or any other website) so I will save time on research, measurements and returns in case it does not fit. Customer care representative gave me the name of what I need to look for (very general), so I hope what I order will work. Overall, the representative was nice and trying to be helpful, however, I felt like she was not provided any resources to answer my questions; this is why my rating is not 5 stars. I do not believe the questions I asked were very unusual and, I think Rove concepts, as any other furniture company, could have spent some time on putting together the list of cleaning services they would recommend to their customers. It would show a great customer care and readiness for any question a customer may have. Further, the link to the sectional connectors could have been sent to a customer for his/her convenience. I think these points do not take much effort from customer care team to put together (and not necessarily increase their legal liability), but definitely improve customer experience.
