My purchase experience was great except my order says it’s shipped but I can’t track via the third party provided. A bit more shipping transparency would be helpful. It would also be more desirable to have shorter lead times on the tables that aren’t three months. There was no option for white glove service on those and hundreds of dollars in shipping and delivery to the first dry threshold. More optionality would be helpful here.

I had a good experience shopping on the website, it was easy to browse and had all the information I was interested about. I find that Rive Concepts offers a wide range of products in this style, and it is fresh, modern, elegant and affordable, unlike many others who offer grossly overpriced furniture, just because it has modern lines. I am looking into finishing the interiors for an entire house, and the only pieces I find were not well represented in the offers were the dining room furniture. While there are nice pieces, very avantgarde today, they are a bit too bold and may run out of style soon, I was hoping for some more designs that are more likely to stand the test of time, and be more practical - easy to handle, not heavy in weight, not requiring too much space to be showcased appropriately - there are some, but I was hoping for more options... Otherwise a really really pleasant surprise.

Rove Concepts has an easy-to-use website and so many gorgeous home furnishings options. I love that the various pieces complement each other for a cohesive look.

Good on-line selection. Colours of swatches don't match what appears on screen. We're taking a chance and ordering what we hope will be a good choice!

Great ordering experience and beautiful products.

I had been eyeing this sectional for about a year and finally bought it without ordering the swatches first. My spouse and I ended up needing a couch pretty quickly and didn't imagine the color could be so off. We were expecting a dark almost charcoal gray like the picture, knowing that it can vary slightly, but what arrived is at best a medium gray. This definitely threw us a bit but we have been letting it grow on us. The sectional is wonderful and the whole family has been enjoying it. It is somewhat firm but with the down filled pillows it is actually surprisingly comfortable. As a note about shipping, I wish this site were a little more forthcoming with their shipping prices. I've never ordered such large furniture pieces online and was a little shocked to be paying well over 500 US dollars for it to only be dropped off in my driveway. Considering the sale price I decided I would go through with the purchase and overall I'm glad I did. Its a beautiful, well-made piece.

Great customer support.

Quality of the items is really good. The delivery services they use, however, are very poor. Terrible delivery experience. All items were delivered outside of the scheduled times and one item got damaged during delivery.
