Great product pictures and a very easy to use website/checkout process. All options (membership, promotions, coverage, etc.) were laid out/no digging involved to find. Haven't received my order yet, but as of now I have had a great experience!
Good service
Good service. Emailed rove concept a question, it took quite a few days to get a response but the call service was very prompt. Therefore, i recommend calling over emailing them your question. The phone rep was very helpful and nice.
Good customer service
The concierge promptly responded to my inquiries and helped me place my order. We are excited to receive our new bed frame and an office chair. The bed upholstery is something that we haven't considered before but we are excited to see the quality of the fabric and how stylish our bed frame will be.

I am super excited to order the Dresden sectional sofa. While the order is back ordered, and will take time to reach the warehouse before it can ship to us, the configurations available on the website made it easy for us to play around with sections of the modular sofa to suit our living space. Our layout is not a standard one and having the flexibility to order sofa by pieces really saved us from the hassle of custom sizing.

I had an error on my order with wrong email without purchased confirmation. Rove team was quickly identify the issue upon request. I was issue was addressed with 12 hours with email and messenger. Pleased with high support and professionalism.
The agent was polite and friendly
The agent was polite and friendly, however I can not process the fact that the statement on the website was members get 20% + 20% additional flash sake. The stools I ordered have been 274 for non members and 219 for members for a few months that I have checking. But when I saw 20% additional discount I ordered right away and didn't get the discount on check out. I called but was told that I misunderstood the statement. I am still not sure why would such a clear statement be not what it means.

Impressive style and quality!
We have purchased from Rove in the past and have been impressed with style and quality of items. This time we wanted to replace our sofa and chairs and started with getting fabric samples which arrived within 2 days. We then looked at several sofa styles and received some support from the Rove Concierge team. We finally settled on the type of sofa and chairs and looking forward to delivery in the next few weeks.

Purchased the Angelo dining chairs and then realized that I ordered the wrong legs when I reviewed the invoice. Sent a message to Customer Care and was contacted very timely on the next business day with the correction to my order taken care of along with a new invoice. Jose was very pleasant and also answered another question I had about the product. Appreciate the attention and professionalism extended by Rove Concepts . Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. However, it was disappointing to see that white glove delivery service was not offered (perhaps) because of covid. So this will make things difficult seeing as though I live in a high rise condo. Also, the only way I was able to obtain my tracking number was to call up the customer department of the company that is handling the shipping. Every time I looked at my account on Rover it said tracking number wasn’t available. Thank goodness I called customer service because my delivery date is in two days which I would’ve never known had I not took the initiative myself. I received an email with a number that provided an error message when I entered it stating that it was too early for my tracking number to be available which was incorrect. I am glad, however, to see that I’ll be receiving my sectional a lot sooner than anticipated.

Could not add to cart easily
I was surprised to see that the website formatting would not let me click "add to cart" at fullscreen on my 14" laptop at 1920 x 1080 resolution on Google Chrome. For a company I just paid $7k to, it is quite surprising that the website has these kinds of formatting issues where the "People have also bought" section overlaps any of the current item view's selection, which like I said earlier, includes the "Add to cart" button. I had to put my Chrome window on half screen.
Shipping cost changed overnight
On June 6, I looked at the standard shipping cost in the checkout experience and it was $500. I slept on the thought of spending a few grand and decided to buy the next day and was surprised to see the standard shipping had changed to be about $100 more for the same address. I wish I had some explanation for that.
Overall, other than the website -- great looking products and very impressed with the product varieties and shipping time. Excited to receive my products.
Our first purchase with Rove
Just made our first purchase through Rove. Website very inviting. Found sofa catalogue and separation of furniture pieces (pics and measurements) extremely helpful in building a modular sofa that fits our space. Fabrics offered are modern and practical.
Membership has already paid for itself and looking forward to purchasing additional pieces over time. Shipping timelines appear brief for furniture pieces in stock, a relief during COVID. Fingers crossed our sofa arrives next week as planned. And although we didn't require assistance, it was wonderful to be offered the option to chat with an assistant.

Some technical glitches, but excited to evaluate the chair quality
Products look very nice, excited for the chairs to get here. My constructive criticism is all technology related: The website worked better on my phone. I think there was a glitch when scrolling on my computer where the product details wouldn't scroll with the page. Also they don't have online renderings of all the color combinations available. But these are minor details. Will look forward to evaluating the quality of the chairs.
