Hi, we are very excited to receive our furniture! A few constructive comments: -the website feels clunky and slow -I could not get through by phone at all -There is no info on the website regarding the Vancouver showroom and how to book and appt to visit

Raves about Rove Concepts! Ruby the Concierge was very helpful in placing my order for a bed and ensuring all the details were complete. The service was professional, courteous and efficient.

Website was very user friendly. Had no need to use the customer service features.

The bed looks beautiful and feels extremely sturdy. We just moved and are still waiting on our mattress to really test it out but so far everything looks great. Assembly was easy and the materials feel very sturdy/well made. Only qualm is the packaging. I understand wanting things to ship safely but this was the most inefficiently packed item I've ever received. I've made two full car trips to the recycling plant just to offload the amount of cardboard/styrofoam it came in.

The website is a great interface and I spoke to a customer service representative who was very patient and informative. The downside was after I purchased 4 Aubrey counter stools and became a “member”, there was no follow up email confirming my purchase or thanking me for the purchase & becoming a “member”. I checked me email and couldn’t believe it. Had to sign back on to website to confirm my purchase. I still haven’t received any emails pertaining specifically to my purchase and membership.

The website is beautiful, easy to navigate and the check out process is pretty easy. After checking out, I did receive email and updates, and I was also to track my order status on the website, which is very helpful. The only thing that I think can use some improvement is the overall website's performance. It was a little slow for the web pages to show up, and there were a few time that the CSS/HTML wasn't working correctly, which caused some of the webpage elements floating/not locating at the right place, and I had to refresh the browser to fix that. But overall, good experience, and we can't wait to see our chairs arrive!

Very happy with dining table. However, local delivery was unprofessional as the box was severely damaged and claimed it is my issue not theirs when the item was still on the back of their truck. After talking to through they finally agreed to open and inspect and I accepted the delivery. Again, they still claimed the entire time it’s my issue not theirs.

Customer Service was attentive and Very open to making adjustments to my order as needed. I was very impressed with how thorough and efficient they were. I had to call twice in one day and the notes were updated in the system and the communication was done very well.

Their products are great quality and unique from 100 options you see in Wayfair and overstock. Only struggle was to place the order, their website is little floppy and had to use their chat service to place the order.

Nice furniture pieces. Website is easy to navigate. My only frustration is the three-month wait to receive the dining table and chairs. However, I am confident this is a case of good things take time.
