Ophelia Bed
Our King sized Ophelia bed was delivered and it is so beautiful! The quality of the upholstery is perfect and the slats are very good quality. We love our new bed and would totally recommend it.
Aside from the delays
Aside from the delays, password reset functionality not working, I am hoping the furniture comes safe and sound in 4 months. Phone customer support was good (when paying)... Hopefully, no issues if couch has issues.

Customer service online was helpful and was able to answer my questions. It was tough to get in touch with customer service via phone. I also noticed the webpages on Rove Concepts site loaded really slowly, which I found annoying.
Love our new furniture!
Loving all the new pieces to our living space. I feel like I finally having the living room of dreams which I used to only see in the magazines. We had some issues with the wrong legs delivered and small defect with item delivered and the Rove Concepts team addressed them promptly and to our satisfaction.

The designs of the products are very good, materials used for the product are also very good quality. But I had multiple issues in the finishing of the products, defects in some products.
Great customer service
I did not receive my order yet, but the online chat customer service is pretty good. The representative is very patience to answer all my questions about delivery and damage and assure me that if anything happens, they have a special team to handle all cases relating to it, so make me feel more comfortable ordering from their site. Also the site is very user friendly that allows me to browse all info I need without any problem and it's pretty straight forward, especially like the join the membership part that is design as part of check out so I don't have to register first and then go back to order again.
