We did get the product. What surprised us was a big shipping truck for a pillowcase set that could have been shipped by mail rather than waiting for delivery date.

Over all, your products and services are not bad. However, you need to pay attention to the following departments. 1. Your shipping company. I have two orders and multiple items so far. Almost every order come with damaged items. Check my claim history. Even tho you have credit back to make it up. It doesn’t mean I like damaged items in my house. I saw the ways in which shipping crews handle the boxes. It is impossible to keep the furnitures in shape. We pay a lot for the shipping. 2. Claims are only handled by email, and your concierge only reply one email per day. It could be a five minutes problem-solving. It takes me 3 days to go back and forth. Not to mention the concierge disappeared before settling the issue. 3. Your website is too slow. And the system is not stable. It logs me out my account during my purchase. When I apply my credits it ended up didn’t take and charged all on my credit card. Now have to deal with concierge in your unbelievably inefficient way. I am writing this for your good.

as an new customer I find the website easy to use eagerly waiting for my lamp and console. everything on the site looks of high quality and confident that the reviews will be on par with what I receive.

Why 4 stars and not 0 ? Because Antonio Sectional is amazing but it took Rove Concept 10 months to deliver it due to the “forgotten” order. If I did not inquire about my sofa 6 months after I placed the order, I would have never received it. Little suggestion for those who trust too much: don’t. Besides the order issue itself, the product is great. We ordered Antonio Sectional in Arctic Grey which is not only beautiful but also comfortable to the skin. I don’t know how we lived without this sofa.
