The only thing I wish were more shipping options. Paying more than $300 for shipping is way too expensive when other retailers offer free standard shipping. I don't understand the reason for this high cost.

We like your products and your online concierge is awesome. However, when we called in to ask questions with your sales team, we thought they were not customer focused. They sounded cavaliers about things and were not motivated to sale us your products. In fact, they encouraged us to order online, as if to brush us off the phone. When we were ready to order online, your website did not offer all colors for the Ophelia Bed. ( something went wrong since we were able to see all color offerings the day before). Your online concierge tried to direct us to different web portal but it was the same. Your IT needs to work on supporting iPad pages. I was able to hit certain area but nothing came up when I pressed “Shop”. Frustrated, I decided to wait until the next day, and hoped that the website will be restored, not. I ended up needing to use my MacBook to put my order in for two bed frames on chrome portal. If you are offering great modern products and attracting certain demographics, you need to have IT on top of supporting all Apple products including the ability to order things with iPhones and iPads. Website was painfully slow and not working with iPads and iPhones all times but sporadically.

The online concierge was extremely helpful in answering my questions in a knowledgeable, friendly, and quick manner. Our order was processed quickly once it was placed.
