Overall the shopping experience roveconcepts.com is great. I am disappointed in the high shipping cost for just just threshold delivery. I was also disappointed and confused to be presented with an ad on Facebook for up to 40 for a Memorial Day sale which obviously is in the past, and the couch I purchased was pictured but when I clicked the link there was no sale or no code.

Undoubtedly great designs with compromised quality. I have the Harper bed, Truman coffee table, and two Grayson nights stands. The night stands are the only pieces worth their price, based on quality and construction. Firstly they come fully assembled, unlike the Truman and Harper, which is a huge plus. The white lacquer finish is evenly applied and has a nice sheen. The veneer of the Truman coffee table is quite poor and I do not expect much longevity. It already has a lot of chips and scratches from limited use (no kid, no pet household) and is fading in certain areas. Despite the quality, the coffee table is very practical and I get positive comments about it all the time. The Harper bed is the one piece I would rate 1 star and urge buyers to avoid. The fabric wrap with foam underneath looks and feels cheap. The headboard is very short and unless your mattress is only 6" thick, will not look anything like the picture. Additionally, it was an absolute nightmare to assemble. About 1/4 of the screws I was unable to fasten because the pre-made holes are wildly misaligned. I would expect better for half the price let alone what Rove is charging.
