I enjoyed the viewing experience of looking at the products online. I appreciate how high quality the products looks and am excited to see them in person.
As for improvement, I had read reviews and noted multiple negative reviews. I had tried to start a discussion thread as I found the price to be high and given the negative reviews was afraid to purchase. I had asked on the online chat if there was room to lower the price or if there was upcoming sale as the price of the bedroom set I was looking at was over $5000. Whoever I chat with was quick to say no and did not seem open to chat about products or details.
Also the website was sluggish when using. I checked and it’s wasn’t my wifi. All in all I’m looking forward to getting the bedroom set.

I love my new Aubrey chairs! They came in perfect condition, are very comfortable and look fantastic! It’s made from high quality materials and is exactly as described/shown on the website. I’m already looking for more furniture to purchase from Rove Concepts!
Online purchase issues due to website malfunctioning
This is the first time I purchase from your website. Your furniture is beautiful. Regarding my purchase experience, the online experience was very unpleasant because the website was not working properly. I went through all the process of selecting the items, providing shipping and billing information at least 7 times before the website would work and process my purchase. Also, I couldn't find a way to include the white glove delivery to my purchase. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I’m giving three stars because I asked via email and online form if I could delay shipping and they haven’t responded. It’s been three days so it just feels a bit long to reply to a customer who just made an enormous purchase.

The delivery of our last order was also superb. The two delivery men helped us get the items into our apartment unit and were so friendly. Overall incredible!
I have had my eye on the porter…
I have had my eye on the porter sectional but was trigger shy about spending more on a nice couch. I ended up getting a more affordable option but being disappointed and returning it. Decided to splurge on the Porter sectional and customer service was excellent. Helpful with promotions and excited for my new couch.

Rove's website was super easy to navigate and I appreciated the clear explanation of membership and damage protection. I also appreciated the ability to order many swatches for another custom piece I am considering. Nothing but a positive experience thus far - can't wait til my furniture arrives!
