I was waiting for a sale that offered 20% back in voucher so emailed your customer service. Got a prompt and very detailed reply and was able to place my order the very next day. Website initially didn't let me do a custom fabric, but I reloaded and it worked just fine. Looking forward to receiving my chairs. Thank you!

Easy checkout process, though it was unclear when checking out that I was placing a pre-order for items not yet in the warehouse. I didn't realize I'd have to wait so long to receive my order, but maybe it's something I missed in the description of the order.

Maria coffee table has finally arrived. Covid slowed it down a bit, but I was eager for it's arrival. The wood crate and foam packing was so solid. I was so pleased with the organic shape and condition of the table. It blends perfectly with a number of curved couch/chairs from Crate & Barrel. I had envisioned the colour to be more white from the website, but will be making my second batch of purchases from Rove today. (Dining) :-)

Overall a smooth process as a first time buyer. I question a bit the "members" program and find it sort of gimmicky to drive additional sales, but hopefully the furniture is nice and I can repeat as a customer.

We were interested in a few of the sectionals available. We were pleased to see that Rove ships fabric samples to customer free of charge and were happy to take advantage of this. We were pleased with the sectionals but reluctant to order due to not being able to see it in person prior as we live in Canada, with no showroom available. We were directed to Rove's host program where we got to video call with people who have purchased a sectional and get their feedback. This was helpful as we could see it staged and see the quality of the finishes. After the program Stephanie followed up to see if we had any questions. I asked questions but was not clear on the replies. Stephanie directed me to a call a line to process my order when the line called me they asked me to purchase online. I felt this process was strange. We did order and are very nervous because ordering online we cannot guarantee the comfort. While it is a modern couch I worry about the comfort especially given Rove's return policy.

Received our couch but sadly it is super firm and not at all what I expected after they said cloud like pillows. Very disappointed and have asked for exact dimensions on fill to see if there is any give in time. But they didn’t respond. Buyers remorse. Also sadly the Alesund colour and texture does show dirt and hair easily and harder to wipe down. I wish I picked the plush velvet, but it does look very prestigious. Definitely ask lots of questions and see in person If you can.

Absolutely stunning products! The Dresden sofa is extremely stiff and not comfy but is a beautiful product in every way. No assembly or care instructions were included but we were able to figure out how it went together. If there is a stain or spill ... no idea what to do. All packages were extremely heavy and left for us to assemble. Thankfully we had friends available to help us move and unpack it all. Table arrived with a small chip on the marble but we waited way too long to send it back. Again GIANT boxes dropped off but no mention that we'd have to assemble everything on our own and dispose of all the packaging. 2 truck loads later we got it all looking great. Egg chair (leather) is beautiful and sturdy but very slippery and stiff. The seat cushion is not attached.

The website was extremely buggy, unusable on a desktop and glitchy on mobile. Thankful I knew what I wanted!
