I have been searching high and low for an outdoor patio lounge set that incorporated black, white, and wood. The Louis Outdoor Set is so beautiful and I can't wait to receive it. The shopping experience is good just that it would be nice if there is a confirmation indicating the "ideal delivery schedule" request is noted.
Great experience, could use some improvements with site navigation
Overall the experience was great. Some things could be improved:
- buttons and links on the site didn't always work (even after trying on multiple devices)
- swatch previews didn't work
- originally I saw that white-glove delivery was available; however, after checking out a few days later the option was completely gone
- would be really nice to have Affirm as a payment method

I was referred to your site by my interior designer. The website was easy to navigate.
I ordered swatches to help me decided on colors and they were very helpful. Not giving full stars since my order is still in production and I likely won’t receive it for another 12wks but appreciate the transparency regarding timing when placing my order. I’ve been hesitant to spend good money on furniture with little kids but the other reviewers all seemed to say that the furniture stands up to kids so I’m really hoping that holds true.

Shipping was a nightmare
Shipping was a nightmare, there was clearly no communication between Rove and their shipping company, which caused 27 business day delivery which was extremely disappointing. The delivery company thought it should be 4 boxes, Rove said 2 boxes, so they sat with the shipping company for 15 days for no reason.
Thankfully, Vinay from customer service helped me along the way and did his best to update me with anything he learned, he is the only reason this review is as high as it is.
The Sophia Sectional is adequate. The quality seems good, it is a little on the firm side but I expect it will soften up soon.
