Marble dining table cracked– twice
I ordered a marble dining table, waited four months, and it was delivered with several huge cracks. Customer service via email was helpful. They sent me another table, which took another four months, and it was severely cracked AGAIN. They were prompt at getting me a refund, but I’m not taking my chances a third time.
Reasonably priced modern furniture
I found Roveconcepts had some great designer pieces for a reasonable price. The sample swatches came fast and made the buying decision easier. Overall very pleased with their online purchasing experience. Can’t wait to see the chairs in person!

very happy with our bed frame, less than happy with shipping. timing was way off and package had a big hole. told Rove and just received an apology, no compensation. I expected a bit better for the $ we paid.
Very seamless online experience
Very seamless online experience. Furniture shopping has been extremely overwhelming, and Rove's website has been easy to navigate, find dimensions/assembly information, and made me feel confident to invest in a large furniture item despite not seeing it. My only wish is that the photos at the bottom of products were specific to the item I was viewing, not all Rove items. It did take me a bit to search for the exact swatch color I wanted based on other products, but otherwise, Rove reviews and descriptions made me feel secure in my purchase.
Website is cumbersome
I think the website is a little cumbersome to use once you get to the stage where you want to make a purchase. You have to go all the way out of a cart in order to edit any items in the cart. Website is also slow to respond.

Wonderful customer service
I have now purchased two orders from Rove and have found and it’s been a great experience both times. The virtual assistant feature is a great way to communicate. The pick-up process from the warehouse went very smoothly and the staff working that day were so kind and helpful. I will be making more purchases I am sure. Also, love my womb chair and ottoman. Still waiting to receive my counter stools but i am sure they I’ll be great too.
Aubrey Barstools and Rove Host program
I just ordered 2 Aubrey barstools and can’t wait to receive them. I was very apprehensive about ordering barstools online without seeing the item in person. I took advantage of having swatches shipped to me, as well as the Rove Host program. Connecting with my Rove host was super easy and enormously helpful. Via FaceTime, I was able to show her my space and she showed me every detail of her Aubrey chairs. Pushing on the fabric, turning the chair over to describe the feet, discussing how the seat surface cleaned up, etc. Hearing about the experience of a real Rove customer put me at ease. What a great program!

Well made Furniture
A few months ago I purchased the Augustus Dining Table and the Angelo chairs and was so impressed by the quality and details of the furniture. The delivery guys who delivered my furniture shared that “ they have delivered lots of furniture and none of them were as well packaged and made as this.” Needless to say I am so pleased with my purchase. I have now purchase a credenza, coffee table and bar stools. The quality is worth the price.
