Rove ships to the Yukon!
The website is easy to navigate and included beautiful images and videos of the products. Shopping was easy and there was clear information about delivery timelines.
I live in Whitehorse, Yukon and was thrilled to see they will ship to my home (it can be very difficult to get things shipped up here). The shipping is pricey but overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The product is great
The product is great, no issues with it at all. The delivery / pick up is disorganized, they shipped a partial order then forgot about 1 chair. I called their B2B line and no one answers, tried 5 or 6 times over 3 days. Frustrating that no one answers the phone. Email they are more responsive, but sometimes you need to talk to a human.

My Luca Sofa and chairs finally arrived… but damaged :(
My Luca sofa and chairs finally arrived and I'm generally pleased with the design and build quality -- especially for the price. These were part of my second of three fairly large furniture orders that I have placed with RC in the last 12 months. Unfortunately, the way the Luca Sofa was packed caused the light colored fabric to be completely stained with black soot. The boxes containing the legs were filthy and placed directly on the sofa during transport. I will have to try now to have the sofa professionally cleaned at my expense, and RC is in the process of considering how best to compensate me for the damage. I am hopeful that all will be resolved satisfactorily as I really like the furniture and RC's direct-to-consumer concept.

This was the first time in your site and there was a little bit of a learning curve which is not unusual the first time. I found it very helpful and I use the chat.
I like that you provided details on the type wood and construction of the chairs I purchased. I want to know all that before I purchase online. So many companies don’t do this.

I am excited about my chairs but hated paying that shipping fee, but I understand they are coming from Canada.

Problem placing order
I was having issues adding product on my B2B Rove site. I had a Concierge quotation sent out a few days prior, but upon reviewing everything prior to ordering, realized that there were errors on the pricing that did not match my B2B pricing.
Kiko was amazing and patient. He had never encountered this issue before and was able to work things out properly. He also took the time to review the pricing numerous times as the numbers kept changing. we even had issues with the shipping pricing and he was able to review and fix those as well. The glitch continued with me not being able to process the order from the Concierge quote. Kiko followed thru again and was able to take my payment and get my order rolling. he was extremely helpful and also reported all of the issues to his supervisor regarding all of the issues and the B2B site, so that hopefully, nobody else has a similar issue.
