Lovely Bar Stools
Our bar stools arrived in perfect condition, exactly as pictured online. This is one of the few stores that I can trust completely without seeing the product in person. Shipping was fast (they will give you an estimated arrival date). Great quality products, great service, quick delivery!

I purchased my sidebar online and their website was user friendly. I logged into my account, selected my purchase, redeemed my credit and voucher. Both were automatically deducted from the purchasing price and the remaining balance was then charged to me credit card. I immediately received an email confirmation explaining in details the process of my preorder and the realistic schedule of when to expect my sidebar. This furniture shopping experience is enjoyable and I’m very excited about the expectation of the modernization this furniture will bring to my home.

I Absolutely love everything you carry…
I Absolutely love everything you carry and have ordered a few things now and I am more than thrilled to get my table but the time for pre-order is way too long. I previously ordered this table and cancelled because the order date was pushed back to October 4 from which was supposed to be September and now I’m re-ordering and the date is even further now. Pre-order date being November 1 this is a very long time to wait I wish you could do something about this Because even once you receive it I still have to wait 6 to 16 days to receive it from second closet

We ordered the wishbone counter stools, sun loungers, tulip tables, outdoor sofa and chairs - all of which are great quality and exactly what we were hoping for. We're happy with the price, the style & the quality - 5 stars!
However - 3 stars for customer service. It all worked out in the end & we'll order again but frustrating if you're a brick & mortar shopper typically. I'll save you the details. Point is, we're happy with the products :)

The Winston table with marble top has…
The Winston table with marble top has been on order for months and the two attempts to deliver revealed damage. I do place responsibility with Roves delivery service and Rove has been good to work with and we love their products. Hopefully we get all three components of the table delivered undamaged before the end of the year.

This is my second time ordering from…
This is my second time ordering from Rove. My first order was for the Ophelia Bed, which I'm absolutely obsessed with! The bed arrived as promised, and the quality and craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. Even the wooden slats of the bed platform were high-quality - a nice surprise! I used my membership rewards towards the Norman stools I ordered today. Entire process is flawless. Rove has better availability and shipping times than many other retailers right now.

Website is glitchy
Website is glitchy. The total of my order simply added 129 extra dollars to it before I went to check out. And then when I added white glove shipping, it took it away and added white glove shipping. Which I guess was good but also kind of weird. The website it’s challenging but the customer service is good.

Great customer care!
I recently ordered a sofa and nightstands. When the order finally arrived, the sofa could not fit in the elevator as the sofa box was too large. I immediately contacted customer service who helped me sort out another delivery date and white glove service. The couch arrived again 2 days later and the delivery team helped to unpack the box outside the downtown condo so it would fit (just barely) in the elevator. Thank you!

I had to cancel an order. I changed my mind on the colour I chose for a piece of furniture. Customer service was very helpful and quickly refunded my money and mentioned how long it would take for the refund to show up on my cc.
