Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. Found a few tech issues with the website and processing my payment. A customer service rep was able to help out and get it sorted.
Be aware of voucher limitation
Generally experience is pretty good, but I want to warn others about vouchers. A couple things to keep in mind about voucher program:
1) you cannot combine them. make sure to collect everything you want and make a big order
2) it cannot be applied to decorations like rugs, lamps, mirror.
This is written in the FAQ, but I understand many people (including me!) don't read the whole FAQ when making orders.

Elain dining table and Angelo chairs
Ordered the Elain dining table and Angelo chairs. I had to make some altercations to my order and Rove online chat team was able to make this happen fast and without any issues. Their online customer service is superb in my opinion. The products looks amazing and I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Rove.

Very excited about my Mikkel bed! The website was pretty intuitive to use, although it took me a bit to figure out how membership works/how to become a member. It's conveniently an option at check-out, but I wanted to ensure I got the member price before even getting to check-out. Maybe the site would benefit from a button next to member prices that details all the ways to become one.

Products are fine but the delivery method is not efficient. Rove concept should consider the better delivery company. I have multiple issues with the delivery company CEVA

Ordered two of the same chair. One is the wrong color, but I expect this will be resolved shortly. Chair itself is beautiful and comfortable.

Always a great experience to shop on Rove Concept’s website. I have purchased several pieces and I am very satisfied with the quality. All product is well displayed and information is clearly accessible (like dimensions). I love the clean lines and style of the furniture. Ordering process is smooth so far
I just ordered and the items are not delivered yet. These are in-stock items so I'm hoping there won't be issues. The experience so far is great, the have a live chat option which I really like. I'll update the review once in I got my items.
Beautiful products — Ordering a real struggle
I have placed three orders recently with Rove Concepts. The products are beautiful — but honestly tt has been a challenge to place orders. Misinformation, improper pricing, website conflicts and Concierge team that just isn’t up to speed. It has taken literally hours to place an order through the Concierge. The only person that has been absolutely stellar is Alfredo C.
Shipping charges
I purchased the tv stand online so I didn’t receive any customer service experience other than the concierge that is online, who clarified the shipping and duration from when submitting the order to receiving the product.
I wish the delivery ( which is very expensive) included all the items I wanted to buy. The concierge told me that I needed to pay shipping for every item, depending on the cost of the product. She sent me the shipping table cost for me to be clear. I would’ve bought the Asher bed as well but It seems unreasonable to me paying another shipping on top of the shipping of the tv stand. Both items come from the same warehouse in USA and both would’ve come to the same place in North Vancouver and yet I had to pay shipping for both the tv stand and the bed. Sorry it is too much money to spend on shipping charges.

After my first successful purchase, I was excited to buy the matching side table. What you see is what you get. The site makes it easy to pick color and texture.
Pleasurable Purchase
The chairs were easily ordered on the website and they were shipped and delivered seamlessly. I made an error on my original order which was quickly corrected by a brief phone call. Online shopping at its best.
