Rove has great furniture and great selection my wife and I found easy to customize the bar stools we bought.

We have concerns and questions about…
We have concerns and questions about our order but can’t get through to anyone at Rove through calls, chat or email. Not a good experience.
1. I’m not sure we received the right color set-see attached. Please confirm that this is Encino because this is much lighter than expected.
2. Concerned about our ‘white glove’ service that we paid for and perhaps did not receive. Should we have signed for something and the sofa was not put together as we wanted before they left. Is this appropriate?
3. Most importantly, apparently the correct screws and washers were not included so they be if the side arms is not affixed. Can you overnight them to us with the instructions OR have someone come to fix this ASAP?
Please reply and confirm receipt and next steps. Thanks!
Visiting the store
Visiting the store without an appointment, we were accommodated to allow for a visit and was met with a friendly associate who helped guide us and address all of our questions. The covid precautions that were taken was also reassuring.

Aubrey Chairs
I got the Aubrey Chairs. They came with some stains but you can easily remove them with the magic eraser. One of the chairs had a big scratch on the legs so we are waiting for a replacement on that. Other than that, it got to our house so fast. Their dining table took 7 months so I was shocked with the speed of this delivery. lol
Nonexistent communication- beautiful product
The Asher wide double dresser is beautiful and worth the money. The delivery service used by Rove were excellent!
However, my attempts to communicate with Rove immediately after purchase through email and phone concerning getting white glove service went unanswered-- disappointing when they were paid significant monies

I ordered a sofa and bought the rove membership with it. I had a question that I sent about the membership and I still havent gotten a response yet.

First time order from Rove, and have been craving their style for long time on their social media account. I have few questions before I place the order, and online customer service rep will be able to answer to pretty fast which is way much better than the traditional way like email or phone calls. AMAZING PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a bedroom set from here (bed frame and nightstands) and absolutely loved it. Looked just like the pictures and set up took less than 10 minutes. Nightstands were already built, just had to pull them out the box. Bed frame had all the screws screwed in already, just had to lock the pieces into place.
Recently ordered barstools and decided to write a review due to the customer service. One barstool came damaged and they helped me file a claim and are sending a replacement for free! They said I can do whatever with the damaged one, keep it, gift it, consign it, or even give it back to the delivery man when he comes. The barstool was chipped but definitely still usable and at a glance looks fine. Will be keeping the damaged one in the closet and using it for when extra guests come over.
