So far so good
Just placed my order - there are pretty long lead times but at they are transparent about it. Website is easy to use, will have to wait and see how the delivery and actual product turns out.
Product is great but shipping was poor
The product is great, good quality, but expect to receive the items after the expected date. I received my tracking number where the status didn’t change for almost 3 weeks if not more and only received my items almost 1 1/2 month after the ETA. Then when I received my order, it was missing an item…what a bummer.
Ordering experience a downer
This is a review of my ordering experience not the products themselves, which I haven't received yet.
I had never been to the Rove website before this experience and wasn't aware of the membership program.
First, the site advertised a Labor Day sale, in which members save 20% off site wide. But the 20% off is available to members "All day, everyday." So it's not a Labor Day sale. This was misleading. Why characterize the discount as a holiday sale?
Second, the check out experience was confusing and the total price was misleading. It said the membership fee was included in the total, but it wasn't, leading to a higher than expected price.
Third, Hawaii was not an option in the dropdown menu for my billing address. So I had to change my billing address to another state.
None of this ruined my life but it wasn't a good experience for a first time customer.
My shopping experience with Rove
My shopping experience with Rove was great and seamless. I chose nice chairs for my dining room and had a few questions to ask before purchasing. On line agent was really helpful and provided information I needed so I can make a final decision regarding my order. I was also lucky to find out that my chairs are in stock and can be delevered pretty quickly, so there is almost no waiting time. Very excited to see my new chairs arriving!
Porter Sectional - Grande custom purchase
Rove Concepts made my sectional couch purchase (Porter Sectional - Grande) very simple. Detailed information on the shipping costs and delivery time frame and lead time was straight forward for a custom purchase order. I highly recommend their interactive service feature. I went back and forth between models and fabric and the process was quick and detailed each time.
Good help getting info about product and materials
I have not received my order yet, so I am reserving 5 stars until I have the product in hand. However, customer service has been positive thus far.

Good experience
Very good experience so far - I was asked to write this review 'while I'm waiting on my order' so it is not a review of the actual order items. The website and selections are nice, the ability to easily reach a representative for chat is good and becoming a member was easy and straightforward. I had one small issue with the website sometimes not scrolling correctly when on a product page - the description section would stay put and other stuff around it would scroll so there would be words and pictures over that section and I couldn't select a color, etc. This was using Chrome for Mac. I also wish you had more pictures of the items in a real-life setting as this helps me visualize what it really looks like/actual size.
Shop by look.
It would have been nice to shop by look and then easily select the items that are part of the look to add to shopping cart.

Overall a great service love their products, they have a fast customer service in case there is a problem we would totally recommend it to everyone looking for top quality products.
Products are great but terrible delivery experience
Products are great and look amazing however, I took forever to get them and when they arrive the delivery was a terrible experience: delays, they couldn’t find my order, it was incomplete and they were unprepared (one person was sent to handle a marble top table). Customer service managed my complaint but it also took forever.
