The level of customer service I have received from Kristina and Michelle has been excellent. These two ladies have gone above and beyond to extend support for the multiple large-piece items I've ordered and had shipped across the Country. It is because of their support that I didn't hesitate to purchase all that I did. I'm grateful to them and I love the pieces I've received. They are beautiful. Thank you ladies!

We recently purchased the DAR Molded Plastic Armchairs & the DSR Molded Plastic Side Chairs to outfit our new kitchen table. We are so happy with our purchase! The chairs were easy to assemble and of good quality. I was hesitant to make an online purchase without being able to sit in the chairs first to see how comfortable they were and examine the quality. We are very pleased with both the comfort and quality of Rove Concepts. The purchasing experience was easy and hassle-free. I spoke with our sales associate several times to revise the quote before we finalized and she was a pleasure to work with. We have our eye on a few other items, so we'll definitely purchase from Rove Concepts again!

Great customer service - quick response to inquiries.

Haven't received the item yet but quality seems great and customer service has been so far with all my dimension questions.

I would give 3.5 if it was an option. The bed was beautiful and easy enough to put together. The only problem I had was that I live on a 5th floor walk up and the hundred of dollars I paid for only get me to the front door of my building. If I wanted the item to be delivered into my apartment, I had to pay the extra $150 + $40 for each flight of stairs so that’s $350! Luck enough I had another company delivering the mattess and I offered them $100 to take the boxes up.

So easy to shop, had a question and called customer service line. got through right away and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions.

Fast, friendly, accurate, good quality furniture. Loved the free samples and definitely plan to buy more from Rove. Online experience was excellent. The only downside was the delivery experience. Delivery was delayed (which was fine given the bad weather), but there was NO communication from the delivery company whatsoever and I had to follow up twice to find out the status of my delivery. Upon arrival, the delivery driver was "not prepared" to handle the package to the delivery up to my front door, which involved 4-5 stairs up to a porch (urban home with no front driveway or garage). The option to leave it on my sidewalk was not OK given it would be easily mistaken for a large garbage item. It's a good thing I was home to receive the delivery as I ended up having to help the driver unbox the items from the skid and manually take them to my front door myself in the pouring snow. We made it work, but that was not something I expected to have to do.

I had a great service. I encountered some problems entering info for my credit card and they have been a great help, by phone and by e-mail
