Easy online ordering
Placed my order online, which was very easy. I was hoping to speak to a representative before ordering so I could ask some questions since it was my first purchase with Rove Concepts but was not able to reach the call center after a handful of tries. What was slightly frustrating was that I also didn't just have the option to wait on hold - after some minutes, it would redirect me to leave a voicemail. I ended up placing the order on good faith since many other reviewers cite their excellent customer service. Have not yet received the item since it was backordered, but am very excited for it!
Ordering process, service and delivery
Easy to use website, which we used to place the order. Excellent call centre service - However, I just wish Rove Concepts call centre had more information regarding the delivery because of the use of a third party delivery service. With that said, the delivery service gentleman were on time, polite, and efficient! Also, more information regarding the assembly of each product ahead of time would be great. Surprised at how much effort was required to add the legs to the sofa (needed to go out and purchase power tools, if pilot holes were already there, that would of helped) This information would make choosing which level of delivery type just that much more easier. Absolutely love the product - amazing style, design, and put together beautifully!

Avoid expensive mistakes - ask for samples
Great service and customer support from Rove. Unfortunately the furniture color was significantly different than what was shown on the website. Only later did I learn that you can request free samples of the actual materials!
To new customers: HIGHLY recommend obtaining samples before moving forward with a purchase.
We ended up returning our media console, which was an adventure in repackaging and working with freight companies. Everyone was supportive - including Rove - and we got it done without undue hassle, but it was a lot of work and cost us approx $200 for return freight, plus the original shipping cost paid to Rove.
I love this bed
I love this bed! It's so beautiful. The only thing is (which is in contrast to the other reviews I read), it was incredibly difficult to put together! The instructions were very sparse with no words just 3 pictures. It was straightforward but trying to get everything to line up was a nightmare, and it took many strong people holding pieces together to make sure everything was close and tight. Also the price point is high. Now that I've spent the money and have the bed put together I do love it.
Terrible delivery experience, Toronto, Canada
I ordered the Ophelia bed and the product is fine, but the delivery experience was terrible. It took a month for the product to be delivered and installed, which I wouldn't mind, but booking an appointment for the delivery was terrible. Impossible to reach anyone at the delivery company responsible for deliveries for Toronto, Canada. The person who booked the appointment and the individuals who assembled the product were rude. When they came to assemble the bed, there was the mattress that was placed on the floor and they asked me to lift it and place it against the wall. At the time, I was holding an infant and told them that it would be too heavy for me to lift on my own, and asked them to do it. They refused so I ended up lifting a queen mattress on my own in a postpartum situation. Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. I would highly recommend to Rove Concepts to change their delivery provider. The delivery company makes me not recommend Rove Concepts to anyone else.

Items arrived in perfect condition
Items arrived in perfect condition. Deliver was as promised. Only complaint is that boxes that the products arrived in were very filthy and smelly which didn't affect the chairs I bought, but I just wanted the boxes out of my house asap.

Great designs and qualilty
Just placed my second order with Rove Concepts. The first delivery was a few weeks ago and the second order has yet to arrive. Rove customer agents were helpful, polite, patient and were able to answer my questions about the products. The quality is very good, items are as presented on your site. I only wish you would research and retain a better delivery firm - the driver wanted to just dump the boxes in the front courtyard of my townhouse only brought them inside when I told him I would not sign the receipt for the items unless he did. I unpacked everything to make certain there were no damaged pieces. Not a great delivery experience.
