I bought a Sofa from RoveConcepts but…
I bought a Sofa from RoveConcepts but ordered Coffee table from some nother furniture store because I wanted a little smaller coffee table for my living space.
Once I got my Sofa from RoveConcepts and I saw how gorgeous it was, I ended up buying the Coffee Table also from Rove and returned the other coffee table.
I just wish it could arrive a little earlier. It’s expected shipping date is mid-late Oct
Easy and nice experience
Simple and easy but good experience overall. Went to the warehouse in Hollywood Florida. Cem was very helpful and informative when we had questions as we looked around. We ordered our couch later that night!

We received our stools and the quality was exactly what we had hoped. We did have an issue with one being received broken, but customer service helped resolve the issue quickly with no hassles and a replacement was sent.

This Nico Sofa that I ordered was after looking at a ton of couches/sofas at multiple stores here in the SFO Bay Area. My family back home (in India) finally said a 'Yes' to this piece and it is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. Doesn't look like the sofas I find in every home around. It is chic and classy. Fits right in the space in my living room and adds to its beauty.
But my special thanks goes to the Concierge team serving the Fremont Area in CA. The elevator in my building was small for this huge couch and I was amazed to see when the guys did not show even the slightest of reluctance and started carrying the 150lbs heavy couch to my Unit at 3rd floor. These two people are supermen, more than that very well behaved, generous, kind and laborious. I have had ton of experiences with different delivery people but Bechir and his partner were amazing.
Good price, attractive furniture, fast delivery, good customer service, but insufficient notice before delivery, and galaxy gray is a shiny purple, not gray
Ordering was easy and the price was great for the quality and speed of delivery.
Figuring out when the furniture would arrive was difficult. No target delivery could be provided in advance (I called and inquired about this). I received a message on a Sunday informing me that the furniture would be arriving two days later, on Tuesday. This gave me very little time to arrange for the removal of my old sofa and chair to make room for the new furniture.
The Nico sofa and chair look nice except that the galaxy gray color is overly shiny and it actually looks light purple. I don’t want to deal with returning it so we’re keeping it.
The white glove delivery was excellent - the men who delivered the furniture did a great job unpacking and moving the furniture in without damaging anything.
Unfortunately the sofa had scrapes on multiple sides from the packaging. As a result, Rove Concepts gave us an appropriate damage discount which we appreciate and will use toward another purchase.

Mixed Feelings
First, the piece we purchased looks great in our space. Design and functionality on point. Having said that the final outcome took sometime to achieve. From purchase to delivery it took over 2 months. The original unit was damaged beyond repair. Rove stepped up and replaced free of charge. It took another 2 months until the second unit arrived. Fortunately, the second unit came in with no issues. I was instructed to box up the original unit and prepare for the carrier to pick up upon delivery of the second unit. This was refused by the carrier siting incorrect paperwork. This part of the saga is still on going. In summary furniture looks great, process leading up to installation wasn’t great.

I only deducted a star because I was unable to reach someone by phone. Not sure if that was due to a time difference although I called at different times of the day.

My experience with Rove’s website and support were better than satisfactory and I appreciate the quick turnaround to my email inquiry! I do have one question that I didn’t get an answer to, but it shouldn’t be an issue. The included pdf with the dimensions and diagram shows the height from the top of the frame (not the headboard) to the floor. I was looking to know the height from the floor to the bottom of the frame. I compared the measurements to my existing frame and it should be fine, but this is a concern for anyone using underbed storage. I’m excited to receive my new bedframe!
