The promotion code that was advertised was not working during the checkout process despite trying multiple times and emailing the site about it. I also had trouble checking out, and even tried using different browsers. I finally gave up. I later got an email from their team that the purchase was flagged because it was over their high limit and flagged as a scam, and that I needed to split my purchase into 2 purchases. Once I did that it went through but it was a waste of a whole morning.
Really pleased with the Ophelia bed
Really pleased with the Ophelia bed. Well built, easy to assemble and very comfortable. My only negative comment was who ever boxed the bed up had filthy hands and left dark fingerprints all over each of the white panels. Most were easy to clean, some of them took some scrubbing and two spots persist. How do I get them clean? Wash your hands next time!

Rove Concepts is a great destination for modern, Scandinavian style furniture. The designs are interesting and the website is easy to navigate, I enjoyed the inspiration photos and the overall aesthetics of both products and the website itself.

Love the designs you offer at affordable prices. I'm not happy with the shipping cost, vs. Article's price of $49 to the same location, it seems rather expensive at Rove. Appreciated the 25% discount, which offset the deliver cost. I will wait to experience the delivery schedule, quality of the products, and outcomes, when they arrive. Thanks.

At this point in time my only encounter with the company has been to coordinate a purchase and delivery. I am waiting to see how the delivery goes, and the quality of the product when it arrives at my client's home. So as of now I can rate 5 stars as they were efficient and quick at answering my questions and providing quotes. They also accomodated other administrative items particular to our design trade.
