I now own a gorgeous purple womb chair & ottoman thanks to Rove Concepts and at an unbelievable low price ! It is perfection. I absolutely cannot tell the difference from the original Knoll chair. And shopping with them online is so easy and fast and delivered professionally to your door. Everyone was very helpful. Made the sale go smoothly.

We ordered 6 chairs, 3 arrived in damaged condition. We couldn't open the boxes immediately as we were in the middle of a renovation. Once we realized the chairs were damaged, called the company right away. We were told that there they would neither replace nor reimburse us.

Shipper lost part of our order (a dining table). Rove customer service was awesome and they sent a new one right away, no issues. I really appreciated how quickly someone from Rove was in touch when needed.

The return policy is pretty unacceptable as an online only store. 15% restocking and shipping fees? Especially when you’re paying for shipping in the first place. The shipping information through another site is also cumbersome, just adding insult to injury.

Very difficult to get a quote and customer service in a timely manner. Not so sure I would use Rove again.
