Customer service reps responded quickly to my questions. Although I ordered a swatch and they sent me the wrong one, I contacted them and I got it within two business days. However, I wasn't able to get the 15% store credit because of the delay so I had to settle for the 10% and they were not able to honor it.

Great experience. I have first ordered samples for the sofa we are considering. I knew it might take a week to get them. I got a box with 10 samples delivered by fedex in 2 days. Wow. I loved the responsiveness so much we have ordered multiple other furniture pieces from Rove that we did not originally plan on buying.

I love the entire product line at Rove. I ordered the Tulip armchair. I was afraid it would take forever to ship but it did not. Their quality is great for styles that originally are sold at a huge markup from name brands.

Overall great designs Products are, aesthetically, exactly what I wanted. Without the sale I managed to stumble across, think they would've been a little out of my price range. Haven't received the product to update on quality, but should have my new bed within 10 days.

We did local pickup of the Finley Sectional sofa and so had to attach the legs. The holes didn't line up so had to drill new ones. So there was a persistent squeak for a few months when you sit down because some of the screws didn't go in perfectly straight. Then the Performance Weave fabric pilled badly. We've had to comb the pills out twice, a process. Last, it has a bad design flaw on the seam in the middle of the seat of the sofa (non-chaise) part. Since the upholstery velcroes on the underside in two places, where it doesn't velcro, there's always a big rumple in the upholstery on top. It can be smoothed but it doesn't stay at all. Looks and feels loose there and wrinkles elsewhere, too.
