The discounts were not calculated correctly at first - tool several refreshing and 3 or 4 attempts of re-loading the website to finally get to the final stage of the order. Had issues with payment, reached out to customer support - have not received any response yet. No charges were made, no order status update yet, one item was on pre-order, but the other one -was not.

Two of my chairs came damaged and the customer service tried to give me a 40 percent discount toward future purchases. Not a good strategy to keep customers. I emailed them back reasonably requesting 50 percent back on my credit card for repairs and no one has responded for some time now.

Though all business is online, it was attentive and effective. All my questions were addressed and options were presented that met my needs.

As a review junkie, it appears that most of these positive reviews are "Invited" sources, as opposed to "Verified" sources. We were about to purchase our entire, living, dining and bedroom set from Rove for our new home until we read the verified reviews one by one. Also, see Yelp and BBB complaints. Worth a read and scan.

very nice sofa. firm seating but that's what we wanted. the addition of feathers on the back cushions makes for a cosy relaxing time. The Cobalt Plush Velvet colour is luxurious looking.

My customer experience was great. The rep I was dealing with was very knowledgable with the products and referred me to get some swatches sent over since I was unsure and unable to view the product in person without a physical store. I love the designs which are really in line with what I love in a home. I will definitely be recommending Rove Concepts to my friends. Online shopping is my favourite since I don’t have time to shop around and Rove makes it so easy.
