I like rove concepts designs and quality. I bought Marcus dining table, Adele chairs and Lucas console within last year, and they still go strong and bring joy to my eyes. Customer service is also nice and receptive. I couldn't find a voucher code in my email and they provided it within few minutes after contacting them.

Andersen Sectional
I bought the Andersen sectional online. It is beautiful, the fabric is lovely. However, it is very shallow and hard. It is not comfy for relaxing. It really needs an ottoman but there is not a matching ottoman for this piece. Please make one!!

Disappointing
We ordered 6 chairs and, although we like them, we did not realize the size is not ideal for our table. Unfortunately, Rove Concepts makes it difficult to return as you have to set up and pay for return shipping (6 large boxes) and pay a 15% restocking fee (complete B.S. in my opinion). Lesson learned. I will only now buy something this size that I can see in person. Or, in this case, I would have been better off testing the waters by buying just one chair to make sure I like it. I think their customer service needs improvement.
Erroneous review...hoping to make right.
Cannot comment on their products but their customer service is excellent. I thoughtlessly wrote a less than stellar review on a couch that I could have sworn I bought from them but actually did not after a deep dive of my and their records. Please know that they are willing to right whatever wrong they have done, as am I. I will definitely consider ordering from them in the future. So sorry to have mistaken your company for another and posted my review as if it were yours! I'm truly mortified with myself for not having taken the extra effort to research my purchase. Please forgive me...I'm sure Karma will not.

I live in vancouver so was able to forgo the delivery fee and pick up my sofa direct from the warehouse within days of when I ordered it. end to end experience was great, only giving 4 stars though because the connection between the chaise and the sofa for my sectional is not as sturdy as I would like it to be. Design, comfort and quality are all great though.

The shopping experience on the web site was easy and helpful. The product was delivered on time and the quality of the cushions is excellent. My only concern is the material of the chairs themselves. They LOOK sharp, but they nick and scratch easily. The material (molded plastic I think), should be coated with a scratch resistant finish. I'm worried that in a few months, they will look worn.

Just stumbled across a picture on a separate website when searching for a dining room table. After looking into the company i decided to purchase a table that was way above my budget, but I couldn’t help myself I just had to have it! The product came nicely packaged without damage, and is absolutely stunning. Rove values quality and design at the same time. Very happy with their product and will be back!

My experience so far has been good. They offered me $25 to write a review after my order. The website can be hard to navigate, and customer services when I asked about my couch was mediocre. I've heard some things about how RC can have cheap furniture, and the customer service is bad after you receive your items so I'll keep everyone updated.
