Always happy to contact with Rove care team, they are very knowledgeable and have genuine kindness. That the one of the main reasons shopping at Rove even I cannot experience furniture physically. I haven’t put my order yet, for I have waited completion my new home. However, whenever it will fix it I will put my order. So, became a member is my first step on for further journeys with Rove. Beyond expectation as first time RC buyer

I have been eyeing on RC furniture for months while working on our major home remodeling. I was nervous about some of the negative reviews on social media of this online store but decided to take a plunge as I simply love all of their pieces. I ordered three Norman counter stools on this Tuesday and they showed up at my door front on Thursday! It is hard to believe the speed of 2-day delivery on furniture these days and they appear to be well made and very comfortable too. This certainly builds up my confidence to the site. I'm waiting for my dining set to arrive in a couple of weeks, trust they will not be disappointed either.

Executive Arm Chair w/ Walnut legs

I have been looking on the website a lot for a few weeks. It seems like the website was constantly changing but at the end of the day I purchased the Executive Arm Chair for my dinning table. So far so good, but I haven't really received an expected due date. So it is very early in this process... they said it could take up to 12 weeks:( Which I understand if they are custom, but the shipping time showed Mid Oct when I was shopping.

It seems a bit odd that a $2k+ piece of furniture doesn’t come with white glove service. I haven’t received the product yet so I don’t know what “light assemble” means.

Good customer service

I placed a few orders on Rove's website recently. Due to the shipment time and size of the furniture, I had to return and replace some of the items. I did through online live chat. They response very quickly and all my issues were solved efficiently. I am very happy about the customer service Rove provided.

Tulip Chairs

I purchased several items from Rove this year and they've all been great. This order consisted of four Tulip chairs. They are sturdy and made with quality materials. They're comfortable and beautiful. The padding we chose look great and are very comfortable. We're considering getting two more.

Ordering new products is a breeze. However, following up on delivery and other issues can be frustrating if done only online. Talking to a real person is a better option for any business other than the initial ordering.

I was not able to talk to costumer…

I was not able to talk to costumer service agent. I called several times over two weeks period and never got a call back. However, i was able to chat with online agent and she was able to help me with all my questions and she put together quote on my account so i can place an order. Costumer service needs improvements.

Website pages have loading issues

The website was not loading properly while using my mobile device. It would freeze when I got to the point of trying to check out. I then went on to my laptop instead to see if it was simply an issue with my mobile but the same problem occurred. After a few "refreshes" it brought me to the shipping page but it had 2 units listed and I nearly purchased 2 accidentally. I believe this was a glitch with your website and not an issue with my wifi.

I absolutely love Rove's products but their digital experience is terrible.

I absolutely love Rove's products but their website and mobile site are absolutely terrible. It is incredibly slow, has multiple glitches, makes the user go through inefficient hoops to search products, etc. It is also incredibly slow. They MUST invest in user experience. Every time I am on their website, I keep saying why I shouldn't give them my business. But the products are beautiful. It is a hard trade-off.
