Pleased with product and price. Found customer care service not as helpful as I would have liked. These purchases are to go to a seasonal residence and I am concerned about being notified as to when they will be delivered so I can make arrangements for someone to be at the residence for delivery. CCS did not make me feel that I would be notified in necessary time.

I loved reviewing the items on the website however the site kept crashing and removing items in my shopping cart. It took a long time to make sure that the item I wanted to order stayed in the cart. I was able to check out fast and hope the deliver is also fast.

I have not yet received my products but the product looks beautiful. I can't wait until i receive them. One recommendation this company may want to look into in improving may be their return policy. I have some concerns due to other reviewers as they had issues with damages and the company allows only 3 days. I hope this does not happen to me but maybe they should take care of their customers in this aspect a little more. But besides that, all good.

Great customer service! The team at Rove Concepts have been amazing with answering questions and scheduling of deliveries. Their products are beautiful and well constructed. We purchased counter stools, media cabinets and a sofa. The sofa is custom so we won’t see it for a few months, sadly.
