I only recently discovered Rove Concepts. Yesterday I placed my first order for a Nico sofa. Today I discovered a small issue with my order. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and resolved the problem within 2 minutes. And... I just received confirmation that my sofa is already on its way. 5 stars all around so far.

After some trouble placing my order, Diane at Rove quickly helped me straighten it out over the phone. My table was delivered very fast, exceeding my expectations. The delivery went very well and as expected; on time, friendly and done well. The table is exactly as expected. I would recommend buying from Rove.

Easy to order off the website, plenty of photos from each angle and also a photo of the product styled in a room. We didn't think it was necessary for our specific order, but we could have had samples of the material sent to us before purchasing.

I purchased the Asher bed and the Bennett media console. Both are beautiful products, but they both took a long time to be delivered and came with some damage, despite the white glove delivery service. The Bennett media cabinet has two dings on the middle door and the bed has some scratches on the headboard and one of the feet. The delivery took forever because the delivery company lost the first set of feet. The rove customer service department did ship me new feet and then we coordinated to have the delivery after that. Which was helpful. As far as the ding on the door of the cabinet, I am still waiting for follow up from customer service to have a new one shipped. I am a bit frustrated with how long it took me to get my product and with the damage it sustained despite the large shipping fee I paid. I am not sure I would order anything through Rove again. I will update the review after I hear back about the cabinet door.

One of the best places to buy furniture!

I recently ordered a blue wood Womb Chair. In the past I have purchased all my classic furniture from Design Within Reach. Although I did not receive my chair, the service was marvelous and the price cannot be beat. The chair was originally $995 and with the $199 discount sale and a previous 10% voucher, I am only paying with delivery $995. This time I have a 20% voucher for my next purchase! With delivery, my Womb Chair cost only $995!! If I had ordered from DWR, I would have paid over $4,000. I previously ordered and received a beautiful wool rug, and the quality cannot be beat. Unless I have any problems, I am a new fan of Rove Concepts!

I would buy your whole inventory if I had the money. I just love every item. It’s just like what they say, sight for a sore eye. Shopping online was seamless, customer service was there to smart my questions and I was done in few minutes. Can’t wait to get my counter-stools.

I love the design of the Asher Bed. Hoping it is as good as it looks. Have not received yet. One thing I would improve with the online ordering is 1) I requested finish samples and received the wrong samples 2 x. 3rd time was the charm. 2) After order, give some instruction. I got an order confirmation but nothing further. How long from order until product ships? Estimated date of arrival? Any information would be helpful. Since order, there’s been radio silence.
