Let me start by saying that your product line and website are beautiful! I ordered two counter stools for a client and can’t wait to receive them.
Once I decided to order I called regarding trade discount and I immediately applied. I wanted to order prior to leaving town but I was told it would take at least a week to hear back regarding trade application....really?? I decided to order and they did offer a 15% initial order discount but it would have been a lot better if they could have processed that quicker...it’s Tuesday morning and I have yet to receive anything back. Can someone please look into this for me?????
Also, the morning after I applied I could not reach anyone by phone til mid-day....that was not great...and it was within your time zone and open hours. Your people were very nice on the phone and helped me as best they could.
I did order, and would like to order more in the future but it was alittle hard.

Frustrating First Experience
The ordering process was not easy and took took more time than necessary. It was difficult to reach someone in customer service. My couch arrived in my city but it wasn’t until 13 days after that I received it. Scheduling delivery was difficult and first delivery arrived with only half the couch. I then had to wait more than five days to get the other half of the couch. I paid over $300 for shipping and they would not even take the items out of the box. White glove was not available in my area. My Hugo sectional was quite pricey and while it is beautiful, it’s not quite at the caliber that I expected for the money. I often order furniture for my clients and use other online resources that are quick, efficient and have free shipping. I took a chance with Rove and my first experience was exhausting. After several calls and emails Rove did say that they will refund my shipping, however, I still have not received confirmation of that.

Beautiful Modern Furniture
I placed a pre-order, so the caveat of this review is that I haven't seen the product in person nor can I speak to delivery of the item. However, the Winston dining table I ordered looks to be a striking and exceptionally-built piece of furniture that I hope to enjoy for many years. I also think the price was fair as it was on sale, and I purchased during a bonus 20% off sale. So far, I have no complaints and only compliments about my online interaction with Rove Concepts.

Great. Easy check out and hope to get my furniture soon. Their trade program account people seem very slow though and I still haven't gotten an email back regarding their trade program and it's been a week. Because of this I likely won't be using this company much as a designer, but they seem fine to pick up the occasional piece of accent furniture.

Happy with the experience so far, although I was a bit annoyed to see Rove started a 20% off sale a few hours after I bought our sofa during a 15% off sale. I'm hoping they will honor the new discount. In any case, we're looking forward to receiving our sofa!

Rove Concepts has been nothing but exceptional. I placed an order and noticed the next day the items were on sale. I was able to reach customer service over the phone quickly and they credited me the difference in the price. They sent a follow-up email confirming the change and later that day I got a shipping notification (the day after I ordered). It is so nice to be treated so well and to be able to speak with someone so easily when an issue arises! I can't wait to see my stuff!

I have no idea what some of the reviewers were complaining about. Ordering online was nothing shy of simple. I only hope that the order arrives just as easily as I REALLY need some counter stools for our new kitchen!! They look amazing in the photos and I can't wait to see them in my kitchen.
