I discovered Rove through an ad while looking for dining chairs. Their customer service rep was always available to answer my questions. The checkout process was pretty simple on mobile. If I could recommend one thing, it would be nice to see video of someone testing out the products to describe them since there aren’t many showrooms and shipping is extremely high.

5 star shopping experience, 3-4 star quality Shopping online was a breeze. The agents online and on the phone are very helpful and very easy to work with. Shipping was on time and prompt. I got the masters chairs originally and then decided to get a tulip table and some counter stools. So why 4 stars. Here is why. This is based on the chairs received. The chairs, in my opinion, are not of the greatest quality. One of the chairs was/is wobbly. The molded polypropylene wasn't very smooth which was unexpected. Given how the light falls on the chairs, i notice it but then i am rather finicky. The plastic end cap like component on the legs were not smooth either. Overall, for the price (103$ list, not including shipping) I do not think it is worth it. Yes, the Kartel Masters is 3 x more expensive however, with the number of replica chairs out there, I do not think Rove Concepts is doing it much justice. Maybe it is a QC issue but for now, I am not sold on RC. I will update this after I receive the tables and counter stools. If I did not have a significant amount in a voucher, I would not have come back for a repeat purchase possibly.
