Very happy

Very happy! My Nico sofa and Ophelia bed frame are great. So well made. The seating on the sofa is a bit stiff but it may just need to be broken in a bit. Unfortunately, the king sized bed frame came with slats for a double bed so have to sort it out.

The customer service was A+. I was looking for dining table chairs and had questions on the wood stain color. They were very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on my purchase. I am anxiously awaiting for the merchandise to arrive.

The website is very impressive and easy to navigate, and my whole shopping experience was seamless. I purchased the Benedict sofa in Malmo color felt, as it looks stunning on the website. I only wish I had an opportunity to see the fabric samples, but regretfully they were outof stock. I am still filled with awe that I made this commitment without having to tohch/feel the sofa. It was very easy to communicate with Rove Concepts via messenger which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I have not received my order yet but am looking forward to receiving my sofa. Thank you Rove Concepts!

Easy navigation

Easy navigation, fast sample service. The website is easy to use. I only wish you could see a photo of each fabric on the item - it only works with some fabrics, not others. I am impressed with how quickly the sample fabrics arrived. Looking forward to receiving my sofa and bed.

Great table. Difficult packaging and poor exchange experience.

The marble table is great and the delivery was quite easy the first time around. One star is missing because of the difficult to open and dispose of crate. The other star is missing because of the awkward exchange process when we decided to go one size up after getting it into our apartment. We were required to return the first table to their warehouse ourselves. There was no pick up option offered. We also had to make special arrangements to pick up the new table at the same time as the drop off and to be able to apply the store credit from the first table towards the second one. It seemed quite odd that this was not just something they expected people would want to do.

Mix feelings. I could have been a full 5 stars

I don’t like to leave bad review especially to a company like this that has tried everything to make it right. The product are beautiful but among 4 items we ordered 3 arrived with defects. Two wood coffee tables arrived chipped and the armchair we ordered arrived of a different color and model. I think most of the issues derived from the logistic partner but still the end customer feels the full inconvenience: scheduling delivering, waiting for the replacement item, taking time off from work to wait for the delivery and parties which had to be rearranged because the furniture did not arrive in proper shape. The customer service has been great and I could not spend nicer words as to how they handled the situation, but if Rove needs to go to the next level it needs to increase the reliability in its delivery process. Maybe I have been unlucky but this is my experience

Missing parts

We receive the chairs. They were not packed as well as I would’ve hoped. We were missing the rubber stoppers and the rubber rings needed to put the chairs together. I’ve emailed the company to get those Shipped ASAP. Otherwise the chairs look very nice. It was hard to tell online, but it appears the main difference between the plastic and the fiberglass is that the plastic or more matte finish and the fiberglass is glossy. There’s no evidence that it’s fiberglass like in the original Herman Miller chairs where you can see the crosshatching of the fiber.

It's always nice to be able to give a 5 star review for products and customer service! Tl;dr: Rove Concepts makes beautiful and high-quality pieces of furniture and their customer service when things don't go as expected is excellent. A friend recommended Rove Concepts to us, and we will recommend them to others. After what felt like ages of looking for the right bed for our spare room we finally settled on a queen size Mikkel Bed from Rove Concepts. When we placed our order everything went to plan until the shipping company (separate from Rove) misplaced one of the parts of the bed frame in transit. We had assumed we'd have our bed within two weeks of ordering it and were up against a deadline for when we needed it by. Since delivery was delayed and we were in a time crunch, we had to buy a different bed frame. When I reached out to Rove to explain they cancelled the order and offered us a full refund. We were so disappointed not to have the Mikkel Bed in our home that we have decided to get it in a King size for our master bedroom! It can be stressful to make purchases this expensive online and unseen in-person. Rove makes great products though, and having had such a positive customer service experience I know I'll buy from them again.

Excited for my new chair.
