Solid thus far
Customer service was responsive at all times I reached out. I called in for a price adjustment right after ordering and they swiftly issued me a credit. Website could use some work in navigation and general maintenance with available products. Otherwise generally an above average experience. Will reserve final judgement when I receive the product!

This is the third time we have ordered…
This is the third time we have ordered from Rove and we have loved everything we bought. We did have an issue with two bedside tables being damaged, but customer service was excellent and replaced them immediately. My password seems to need resetting every time I want to check out, but that could be me forgetting what I chose. Not sure. Otherwise it’s a great shopping experience and even better product for the price!

The swatches came in only 2 days which really helped to make a clear decision on exactly what I wanted, I placed the order a day after that and my order has already been shipped! We bought a Black Luca Sofa and chair for our office Reception. Whilst I do still like them, I am a little disappointed that the photos show a less shiny finish than the actual fabrics ... the finish shown in the images IS what I was going for when I selected them for purchase.
Great Service, Bad Shipping
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from the customer service team at Rove; however, I'm quite disappointed that they wouldn't ship my items separately, despite paying a sizeable premium for shipping and on the furniture itself. Rather than shipping my in-stock items right away, I was told that I would have to wait 2-3 months for my order to ship, despite 2 of my 3 items already being in stock. With a shipping charge of almost $400, I would at least expect my order to arrive in a timely fashion, rather than having to wait for the smallest of my items to arrive in their shop. Looking forward to receiving my furniture, just disappointed it's going to take so long to arrive.

The Hunter bed is exceptionally…
The Hunter bed is exceptionally beautiful and I highly recommend it. The only small issue is the center support leg is just a little short and doesn't touch the ground. Was able to fill this with a coaster and now there is great support. Truly beautiful bed. I also purchased the 55" media console which is nice but not quite as well put together.
