Good quality, high performance products
Rove Concepts always present good quality, high performance products. I asked many questions to the customer service team online and most of them are answered and solved. The only one thing that I’m concerned is the long time frame for customized sofa, which takes 16-20 weeks. I haven’t receive my sofa yet, but hopefully the customized sofa turns out great!

Online Shopping at it's best
I recently placed multiple orders online - the online interface is extremely easy to use. I also purchased more items a few days later and was able to call their customer service team and they easily tied in both orders into one shipment so that I did not have to pay for 2 separate ships and they will all arrive on the same day!

Beautiful, well made, firm seat cushions, no clips
Beautiful and seems to be nicely made. For anyone wondering if the seat cushions are firm or soft, they are relatively firm. You don't sink into this couch, but it is quite comfortable and supportive. It's actually perfect for a great room/main living room as you don't want to fall asleep as soon as you sit down as is the case with softer sofas. This information isn't super clear on the site (down-filled sort of implies the cushions are very soft) so I am sharing here for all.
Another item that is not clear on the site: when you order the modular pieces, there are no alligator-clips or any clips at all to hold the sofa together. You just set all the pieces down together, so be prepared to be re-aligning the sections on a weekly basis.
We are very happy with this purchase and it looks fantastic.

Purchased 2 of the Norman Counter Stools. Love. Sadly Rove Concepts does not ship to Alaska. So one star down but the quality of the chairs and the design are great. I used a company called Shop and Deliver by Lulu to order these and get them to Alaska. Very Very reasonable shipping prices. shopndeliverbylulu.com/ Highly recommend these chairs. Everyone that comes into my kitchen comments and loves them. Score!
