Great sofa - even better looking in person

Product arrived and was just as pictured. Exactly what I was looking for. I was frustrated by shipping though. I was sent a tracking number that didn’t seem to link to my order (order arrived unexpectedly today when the tracking said it was still in CA). I had been paying close attention to tracking so that I could be home when the chairs arrived as the instructions I received from Rove said I must be present and must inspect product and sign off. My chairs were on my porch when I arrived home from work. Some clarification around shipping process is needed, though it was fast delivery so that’s a plus. Overall satisfied with purchase and would shop at Rove again.

The console I purchased was exactly as described online. It's well made and is exactly what I wanted. It was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition.

The quality of the sheets are amazing! Would highly recommend. The customer service is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I LOVE IT. I have been coveting the Hugo and Antonio 2 Piece Sectionals both in Solstice for many months before finally taking the plunge. This blue velvet is the reason I knew I needed a Rove couch over any other and I was 100% correct. It is SO soft and easy to clean (I have a dog). I decided on the Antonio because of the clean, sleek structure making everything look more tidy and because I wanted more open floor space in my apartment (its smaller than the Hugo). It's my favorite furniture piece and I consistently get compliments on my "statement" couch!

Beautiful black marble coffee table! And customer service was great when they sent me the wrong table (white marble top) and replaced it with the correct one.

I love the Aubrey dining chairs that I purchased. They are really nice quality and very sturdy. One of the six chairs I ordered came in damaged and Rove Concepts immediately responded and took care of the matter to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

The quality of the chair I bought is excellent. There was an important difference in the color shade between 2 chairs that I purchased separately and Rove compensated it by sending me another chair that this time did matched on of the two. They told me to keep the extra chair. What a generosity and very quick resolve.

Second purchase we make and we are very happy with the quality and the service. We are looking forward to buying bigger things. Our chairs were very well done and very well packed to avoid damage.

The rating is not particularly flattering at this time and I think and hope some of it is because it's the holidays however I would have expected better customer support during "Boxing Week" sale. I emailed your customer service with several questions about the sale and the fact that I wanted to order stuff but also wanted to wait for my swatch samples but didn't want to miss the sale. I didn't get the answers and felt pressured to submit the order - one day later (today) i go onto your site and now instead of it being 15% and 15% voucher - it's 20%/20%. I would hope that this will get applied to my order as well considering it was just submitted yesterday and no one was working or replying to my attempts at contacting customer service. Your products look great and I'm hoping that the customer service part of things will only get better from here. Please reach out when you all get back to work/business hours. Thanks.
