Great quality but disappointing service for the price you pay. They sent us the wrong part for our bed and it took over a month to get the new part, nobody followed up with us and they did not rush the order, they didn't seem to mind the mistake and took their time correcting it and we had to pay the price (sleeping on a floor mattress for a month).

The Xander bed is beautiful, and came well packaged. Assembly took a while but everything fit together and feels VERY solid. Back order and shipping took a while but worth it.

Delivery of sofa was smooth and communication very good. The sofa looks great and same colour as in photos on the website. We’re planning to order two extra pillows as the two is comes with are not enough. It is quite a firm sofa, but very elegant and we look forward to sitting on it.

I've been looking and researching for new counter (height) stools for some time. I wished for high quality and a good price point. Success with the classic Wishbone Counter Stools. Interetingly enough, I also cared greatly about reviews and customer service. My counter stools arrived in impressive packaging. However, one of the chairs had a single leg with some damage. I wrote them and it has been nothing but clear, timely and customer-focused responses. They are problem-solvers and I remain a very happy customer. Their products are gorgeous but most importantly, they care about their customers.

I purchased a Sophia sectional recently, and it was a seamless experience. The sectional is comfy and sturdy, and the plush weave fabric feels quite tough as well. It seems to me that people have had very mixed experiences with their deliveries in the past, but the my experience with their delivery company (EFW) was perfectly fine. They shipped it from LA to NYC in just a few days. When I sent EFW an email, they responded promptly. The two guys they sent to deliver and build my sectional couldn't have been nicer. Overall, I'm quite happy with the whole experience, and I will definitely buy from Rove Concepts again in the future.

Products are sturdy and beautifully made. Customer service is top-notch.

I bought the Hunter Bed. its built quality was beyond exceptional. I bought the walnut dressser almost instantly after. This company will not disappoint.

Bennett Media Console - 55" No idea why we can't review the product we bought on Rove Concepts page for the product. Is this so they can control which reviews get on their site? The unit came in perfect condition and looks great BUT, after putting the components in it (TiVo, Apple TV, etc) and running the cables out the small hole in back, we were shocked that the temperature inside was over 100 degrees, while the room temp was about 65-70. This is obviously very bad for the components, and we had to cut with a jigsaw a large rectangular opening in the back of unit to properly vent it. Sucks to get a new piece of furniture and have to cut it and alter it to make it work correctly/safely. It definitely should have a large cutout panel in back covered in mesh for proper ventilation. After our surgery on it, the component compartment is now much cooler!

Giving Rove a 4 star review because I love the product designing finish. I would have given it a 5 if the sofa was more comfortable. When initially looking to purchase the sofa we went to the store to see and feel the comfort of the product and we were very satisfied. However none of those sectionals displayed were the appropriate size for our space. We chose a sectional with a large chaise and fit our space great however once we actually got it and put it together it was not very comfortable. When you sit on it you can feel frame coming through. The solution from Rove was not what I wanted to hear but I went ahead and purchased some extra cushion for the sectional. The cushion needed to change the feel does not fit inside the cushions so I put between frame and cushions and it felt great. only problem is it rises the cushions high so you can see the cushions. Im hoping over time it will settle in because it does feel great. This sectional called the Hugo should have this problem solved by production before shipping more as the info on the Rove site says it's comfortable. But as I said I love the look and I went ahead and brought another piece of furniture from Rogue.
