We LOVE the look of our Luca Sectional. I highly recommend this sectional. However I have a few "buts". 1. We got the black velvet and it has a cheap sheen to the fibers. 2. The black shows every hair, dust particle, and lint that ever existed. 3. The sofa is off-gassing a "new" toxic smell. We've opened windows near it and it will go away in time. Between the fabric and the contents it's made of, the cheapest materials available it seems, your sight and smell will pick it up. Visually, it's gorgeous (less the sheen). We're putting throw blankets and linen pillows on it to make up for that and you only see it when the light hits it in a certain direction. I love it, I would still buy it, its in a secondary den in our house, it's not our primary sectional. It's serving its purpose, looks great and was priced accordingly.

You're cheating. You're building a business based on other people's years of research and work. If you were a real furniture supplier in the design world you would create new work and not "reproduce" the classics. These accusation can be proven.

Love the products! Delivery could’ve been faster. Good customer service

The wishbone counter stools are great! Love the quality and the comfort. However, spending $250 on terrible shipping makes it not worth it. I've had to reach out about 5 times now with shipping issues and am still waiting for a final stool to show up. If you don't mind the month-long hassle, I'd buy them! If you need them faster/don't want to have to follow up, I'd go elsewhere.

I am fairly pleased with each of the pieces that I ordered from Rove and would order again. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that (i) while I ordered by phone and intereacted with a sales person, I was unaware of the difference between regular and white-glove delivery and (ii) each of the items had some issues (misaligned doors, insufficient cushions), which I have been able to address. I was surprised to receive a significant number of huge and heavy cardboard boxes, and then go through some not insignificant assembly efforts. I also happen to be going through a remodel and had a dumpster in front of my house, so had a place to toss the very large cardboard boxes. Otherwise I would have had a much harder time with disposal. My interaction with the delivery company was very good, both in scheduling and communication for the specific timing of delivery. I am very happy with my Truman coffee table (once assembled), Bennett Media console (once I aligned the center doors which were delivered askew) and Dresden couches (which really need one more back cushion, which I am working with Rove to purchase). I recently ordered other furniture from a store in Los Angeles, and having fully assembled furniture professionally delivered is a different experience. But the cost savings for Rove and the quality of the pieces justified my purchases. I have had numerous compliments on the items.

I love my Aubrey side chairs. Very comfortable, clean lines and the wood is beautiful. They fit well in my modern kitchen. I just ordered two more.
