I purchased a dresser from Rove after being impressed with their quality and design from a few living room pieces I bought last year. Unfortunately, the dresser arrived damaged and while the company is sending a replacement part, it is taking longer than expected and I’ve had a damaged unusable dresser for 2 weeks now.

I ordered a lovely couch with the vintage solstice velvet upholstery in the fall. There are fiber treads coming out of the fabric. You think it is lint but it is threads from the fabric? Not sure what to do? We have been very careful with the couch so it has had minimal use? I am disappointed but wS very happy until the threads showed up.

I received my sectional sofa the other day. It looks like all the pictures on the website. Really comfortable and sturdy. Fits perfectly in my mid-century living room.

We had some issues with our Evelyn Dining Table - the legs were wobbly and one of them had a very noticeable scratch and it didn't come with assembly instructions. The instructions were a quick fix with the convenient chat function on the site. Trying to get new legs wasn't as painful as we anticipated as we filled out a claim and sent them an email as instructed on the website. Later that week, we were able to pick up a new set of legs for our table. Now that its all assembled, we love having this statement piece in our dining room!

Great customer service when I had some additional questions and needed to speak to someone live. Otherwise, a very smooth digital transaction!! Can't wait to sit on my new sectional! :-)

Just received 3 Wishbone Counter Stools. They are the perfect addition to our counter and very comfortable. Our counter is about 92 inches and the fit allows great room between chairs and ends of the counter. Looking forward to ordering matching dining chairs.
