Selecting and checkout was pretty easy. Only two things worth adding/improving. One option for delivery was pick-up, but not knowing where you’re located or how pick up works (I live in California) made this option confusing. The second would be if there was information on delivery package delivery size. This would help when prepping the house for delivery. Otherwise, love the selections, the pricing seemed reasonable. Assuming the delivery of my coffee table goes without a hitch, I would most likely be shopping here again and recommend to friends.

Milo Sectional Sofa: I was researching various sofas and companies for many months and ultimately decided to order the Milo sectional in black velvet. I was nervous as I was not able to sit or even touch it. However, when the sofa arrived approx 2.5 weeks later, I was extremely pleased - it's gorgeous, and definitely a quality product. As a result of this experience we will be purchasing another item in the coming weeks. Now, regarding delivery: Delivery was good, and just about what anyone should expect. They came, they placed the sofa in my garage, and they left. What else would you need?? So, to all the people who are providing poor reviews simply because of the delivery service, you should be ashamed. We are talking about guys who deliver furniture for a living - its not going to get much better than what you experienced. Imagine people where criticizing your company that you worked hard building, just to have people provide a poor review pertaining to a service they dont have %100 control over.

My experience with Rove was great. I got alot of questions answered and it was done promptly. Checkout was easy and hassle free. My only negative comment would be that they didnt have a nightstand that matched the black Harper bed. However, this is not a big thing, just would have been nice.

I ordered 2 dining room chairs to match counter stools which I had previously ordered from Rove. Unfortunately both chairs were damaged on arrival which was disappointing. However, after contacting customer service I was able to get replacements. I am very happy with the chairs. Love the design and size.

In our first order a chair came damaged. The representative was very helpful in replacing it with a new chair. It did not take long to arrive and it is in perfect condition. I ordered the Marcus Dining Table and Anders chairs, which make a great pair. The Marcus table was easy to assemble, and it’s a sturdy, undeniably stylish centerpiece to the room. It encapsulates that mid-century/danish aesthetic effortlessly. I also like the Anders chairs, which are low profile and sturdy. When I ordered the chairs, they came damaged with nicks and scratches in the wood frame, but hats off to Rove’s customer support team for rectifying the situation. I’d absolutely recommend this brand to my friends and family, and that’s saying quite a lot coming from someone who worked at a (different) furniture company!
