Rove Concepts were very helpful and quick to respond. They assisted in getting me the correct shipping efficiently. I love their products and their member program really helps get a beautiful furniture at an affordable price point.

Buying was easy, as was the website. I changed my mind with regards to the leather choice and I could not have hoped for an easier change. Very excited to receive dining room chairs I ordered in February....should arrive this week. Would love to leave a review after they arrive.

This review is very difficult to write. We bought the Milo modular set in Mora. On the one hand, we love the overall look and style of the sectional when it first arrived. On the other hand, there are several issues. 1) The back cushions lost their integrity very quickly. They are constantly slumped and look sloppy. The lost of integrity makes the sofa uncomfortable as there is no back support. 2) Dog fur/hair stick to it like glue! It is a magnet for dog hair and we have to clean constantly ..... in fact, we have to cover the sofa which really defeated the sleek look of the Milo sectional. 3) We have a bone to pick regarding the "+" coupon. We had to wait until the shipment arrived in the country before being able to use the coupon for our extra piece. From the time we originally ordered our sectional to getting our extra piece for the sectional, it was over six months. That is just not acceptable. Instead of being excited to get the supplemental piece, it was just another headache to move things around. 4) You cannot use the coupon for accessories like cushions. That is a waste of our last coupon! Hoping Rove Concepts will act on above comments, because the sleek look and design is there and what we really love and the above issues I hope are correctable.

Excellent Customer service! I purchased a Mikkel Platform Bed during one of the flash sales. As the bed was a pre-order, I can't speak to the quality although I ordered it because of positive reviews, NYT's Wirecutter being one of them. Although I had been considering the purchase for a couple weeks, the flash sale made me commit. Given the timing of the sale along with an upcoming move that would require a hold in shipping, I still had some unresolved questions. I reached out to Customer Service and they were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. They resolved my shipping questions, emailed me photos of the veneer options, so I could get a better representation of color, and gave me a timeline on my product order. I also ordered fabric swatches that arrived promptly. Although I haven't received my bed yet, the customer service team makes me confident in ordering from Rove Concepts in the future.

Love this Porter sectional sofa! I got mine in the vintage velvet in Glacier Grey. Very luxurious looking and adds a touch of class to my space. Essentially no assembly required except taking it out of the box and putting the feet in which took no time at all.

Excellent delivery and such a beautiful table. The quality is very impressive and worth the price!

Despite all the shipping challenges with the pandemic. I believe the Rove team have been exceptional with being available, having strong communication and customer service is the best in the industry. The chairs and stools are gorgeous and the quality is incredible! We are so thrilled with our purchase. The service was excellent and the delivery was worry-free, even in the COVID-19 era.

I’m still waiting on my couch to arrive, but Rove has been amazing so far! Their website is beautifully designed. Our couch was shipped out under 24 hours & we have gotten updates throughout it all! I hope the furniture is as high class as the rest of my experience.
