Overall great web experience. Would have liked to see more details on shipping options before check out.

We received 3 Aubrey stools that were all damaged (cracks in the wood and uneven legs). We made a claim within 3 days and Rove sent us 3 new stools - we appreciated their prompt response. But we could not believe it when 2 of the 3 new stools were also damaged! 1 had a huge scratch on the leg and the other had a damaged bottom leg that left it uneven. We were disappointed because we loved the look of them and I think their shipping service was to blame because the boxes were damaged upon arrival. I gave this 3 stars because Rove very promptly issued us a refund for the damaged products so their customer service is very high quality.

I’d been looking for a white outdoor lounger with modern lines. There aren’t many out there, and most are price-prohibitive. It was a toss-up between ROVE’s and CB2’s, and I’m glad I chose this one. A true white (not off-white or cream), modern and sturdy - exactly as I’d hoped for. And it arrived quickly. If only ROVE would offer free Cdn. shipping.. but then I’d be broke.

Great modern furniture at a reasonable price!

I ordered the 1955 TV cabinet with blue accents and I absolutely love it! The delivery men were very helpful and professional. My only mild criticism of the product is that there are no holes in the back of the unit for putting cords through for stereo receivers or DVD/Blu-Ray players. Thankfully it's an easy fix and I was able to use a hole saw to it. Service is excellent. Product: 4.5/5 stars.
