Love the way the furniture looks. I can’t wait to get it - however it said everything I ordered was in stock and after ordering it seemed to indicate otherwise. It says the items won’t arrive for three months. I emailed your staff to confirm and I haven’t gotten a reply yet(24+ hours later). Considering the shipping cost etc, it should give a clear estimate at checkout. Also members should get free shipping :)

Love being reconnected to this brand. I had forgotten about them until recently and just bought a set of counter stools and separately some bedding. The experience with both was great albeit the shipping fee on the bedding was double what I think anyone could justify...$40 for a duvet cover. That aside, I am seeing what I anticipate as being high quality products for fair prices. I will update my review once I have received the goods.

Love the products, but I emailed customer service in regard to the status of my order (was supposed to arrive by Sept 23), and I still haven’t heard back. Customer service says they will respond within 48 hrs so if these timelines can’t be met, they should change the message sent out.

Great product range and high quality stylish pieces.

Been waiting for months for similar chairs from another retailer. Out of frustration I was pleased to find Rove Concepts had a similar offering but much better quality and in stock! Very pleased so far with my entire experience.

I like that you can see well the fabric and the shipping dates are clear! I purchase before a bed and is fantastic the quality.

This website is beautifull design! Easy to access and see real life photos! Wish there was a showroom in Vancouver to see other furniture and decor. Although alot of custom colours are not shown in a real life photo.. or setting making it difficult to tell whether the material will look good. Deliveries should be more affortable in Vancouver areas. Overall a good experience, couches and furniture from RC are more affortable, modern,chic than those you see at your nearby furniture store, i like how there is a RC program and u get 20% off year round! Making the membership worth it. I am waiting for my two shipments to be ready and am soo excited to see if rove concepts is the IT furniture store for me to countinue shop at!

The Rove customer service department is excellent. We experienced some delays and changes in our order, which were out of everyone’s control due to the pandemic. The Customer service folks were extremely helpful and efficient in helping us trouble shoot and navigate the ordering and delivery process.

Website was helpful and love the furniture design. Took one star off as it I could not navigate as smoothly on my iPad or PC as on my MacBook (which is odd bc the browser was the same)

The purchase process was really good. It was great that they had different pictures and extra information on the piece I wanted. That helped me to make a conscious decision.
