Porter Sectional- I do not recommend
The delivery came just over a week than advised.
Packaging was very secure however, you cannot take the sectional out of the box/packaging without destroying it.
Now that said--the policy for return is: must be returned in same box/packaging at the customer expense (have you priced the return of two piece sectional...wow-i missed this policy and I regret it).
The sectional is firm, seems to be solid construction but it literally sits on the FLOOR. I am 5'1, for me this is not a huge concern except it looks like doll furniture. Guests would not be comfortable sitting in this furniture. It has no legs so from ground its 24 inches high- total.
Prepare for your knees to be in your chest...the height makes absolute no sense.
Incredibly over priced and now I have a huge decision to be thrilled about a sectional that cost almost 3k that is not worth the price or shell out the price of a return, magically get the packaging together and ship it back because it looks so silly.
Will never purchase online or from this company.

It was hard to get an appointment to the showroom in melrose, but I understand is due to the pandemic. I also called the customer service number but was not able to get help over the phone. I managed to view the sectional sofa and decided to order it. The transaction was smooth, I hope the delivery goes smooth as well.
Good experience ordering my media…
Good experience ordering my media console. The samples arrived quickly, the ordering process was simple. I was a little disappointed with the $129 delivery fee given that there were no other options.
Great products and customer service
Great products and customer service! I ordered a lovely blush pink couch and it arrived. However, I was missing the couch legs so the delivery is incomplete. I contacted the customer service team through chat service and they resolved my issue. Also, I contacted them a few times to work out better delivery times and they were able to change my order to give me what I wanted.
I love my couch, it's beautiful!

Order changes
I recently made some changes to my order and Cia was very helpful. I added and subtracted items and she walked me through it. It was easy to accomplish.
Veneer splintered
The walnut veneer to my piece has come unglued in the middle and has split open creating long cracks on one of the sides. The warranty does not cover this. Otherwise a handsome piece of furniture.
Smooth shopping experience
I had several questions about my order, and Tobias, the concierge assigned to my account, was quick to respond and very helpful. The only wrinkle in my shopping experience was that the Rove Concepts website seems to be a bit glitchy in Safari, but I was able to place my order without a problem in a different browser. Overall, I was pleased with my shopping experience and look forward to receiving my furniture!

The sofa legs were missing from the order, so I had to ask them to ship again. But the furniture is beautiful!
