Shopping with live consultation
The live online consultant helped me make a decision between two very similar outdoor loungers (models Spencer and Pratt) by answering my questions about textiles, comfort and lead time swiftly and convingly. Overall, a very good online shopping experience.
I wish the website was faster, I have speed and functionaly issues when using Mozilla Firefox, had to switch to Chrome. That should not be necessary.
Nice chairs, great service
I received one broken chair, and Rove immediately sent not 1, but 2 (which worked out - because 1 of those were broken too). They look great, and are super comfortable.
Without access to a brick and mortar…
Without access to a brick and mortar store I had to rely on the website to purchase the Norman counter height stools. The pictures were fantastic and the descriptions and reviews accurate. The website was easy to use and the virtual concierge was available if I encountered any problems. Check out was quick and easy. Disappointed however at the delivery charge. Was about the price of one stool.
Slow response
The customer care responding email is too slow eventually they answered. And the phone support didn’t work.
Great Range of Products
I have not received my order yet but the website was easy to navigate and there is a great range of products to choose from. The fabric choices are impressive, I look forward to receiving my items in November.

Bad delivery service
We paid a couple 100 dollars for delivery only to have ONE delivery guy show up at the door and he had to ask for our help to unload stuff from the truck??? What kind of a service is this? What's the point of having membership if you can't be bothered to have more than one delivery guy?? Other places will bring the whole thing in and even assemble it for you!

I got the ophelia bed in taupe. I got the swatches first, love the warm grey! The malin side table is so cute. Hope they have one that’s a bit taller tho.

Site is clean and well built. Details and dimensions are clearly stated. If i have one complaint its that individual product pages can be very slow to load.
Great service but needs some common sense injected
I was missing hardware for the Norman stools so asked for replacement or the specs so I could buy them separately. The responsiveness of Rove customer service was great and resolution to get me new hardware is complete. That being said, the timeline to get hardware (just nuts and bolts!) is 16-20 weeks. Most of all, I'm just left wondering why the hardware specs can't just be shared! I'd think you'd much rather have chairs in use than have exclusivity on such a minor element of the product.

Rove Purchase
The process of shopping and purchasing was seamless. I hope that the quality of workmanship, is as impressive as the design. I fell in love with the Gia desk, and knew it would be perfect for my husband. The one issue that I have, is the outrageous $500.00 shipping charge. This will certainly be a consideration, before making another purchase. I look forward to receiving our desk!

The Aubrey Counter Stool are beautiful, stylish , exactly like the pictures.
I’m stealing 4 Rove Concepts 25” Aubrey Counter Stool in the color Monaco Cream with Walnut stain finish.
These stool are only 10 months old. They are very comfortable but my husband and I rarely sat on them (we sat primarily on our sofa [another Rove Concepts purchase] :). We’re moving and we need a different style stool for our new island.

Beautiful products with great service
I stumbled upon Rove Concepts while searching for very specific furniture items for my dining room. They had the perfect chairs I envisioned for the table which I could not find anywhere else. The website is very professional and the chat service was very responsive to my multiple questions about the product I was interested in. I felt all the customization and information necessary to understand exactly what I was getting, my options, the timeframe, and the costs were all straightforward. Although I’d prefer to not have to pay for an annual reward membership, the savings on my order more than offset it so it made sense to add that. I look forward to receiving my items soon.
