Excellent product, arrived in the shipping time frame. Stool is elegant, sturdy and finished well. It is hard to find clean contemporary stools and Rove have it. We ordered the swatches and it really helped with color choice . Very happy with purchase

The products are beautiful! The website is great. I would always appreciate more pictures of the products (especially in a room rather than just on their own). Navigating the checkout experience was fine.

The swatches we requested were sent FedEx to help speed our decision to buy. We ordered a day later and really pleased with how easy it was and the clarity around the timetable to delivery. The only hiccup was that the site took more time to load than it took to order!

It did take a long time to arrive and delivery was cancelled twice. The third time it was scheduled was a month after the first scheduled date and the box containing the headboard was missing. Customer service was quick to send a new piece.
Overall very happy with the Mikkel bed and will buy more from Rove but new customers should be prepared and understanding about delivery issues right now. Appreciate essential workers who are doing the best they can

Website Ordering Experience

I attempted to purchase the Ophelia Bed online on Monday 1/11/21 but the site was running incredibly slow & I couldn't even get past the "member join" portion so I wasn't able to complete an online purchase.
I called in to speak to a rep but got a recording to "try my call another time" as they were experiencing high call volumes. I then attempted the online chat and they got a rep to call me & she was able to complete my order by phone.
It was a little frustrating that it took well over an hour just to make a purchase.
Additionally, I had placed an online order for swatches on Friday Jan 1 & chatted with a rep on Monday 1/4 just to find out when I could expect the swatches so that I could see the material prior to purchase. She said that I would receive by Thurs 1/7 but they never arrived, so I had to purchase the bed without swatches because I wanted to take advantage of the 24hr Flash Sale on 1/11.
I love your products, but your website could really use some attention as it was a rather frustrating experience.

Ordered a Flag Halyard reproduction chair and ottoman. Your site had better pics, description than others. Pricing for the chair was lower but for ottoman higher - other sites weren’t clear that sheepskin was included with ottoman- yours was. Complaint - I thought chair was shipped quickly and ottoman was pre-order. Email from you says all delayed to ship at one time. Not sure why I paid 200 shipping for such delayed times. Frustrating.

Process was very smooth and easy to navigate. Only hiccup occurred when I opened multiple Rove Concepts tabs to check out different items. When adding items to my cart, it didn't always refresh properly. Otherwise, I'm happy with my experience.
A Pleasant Experience
We had a very pleasant experience with Rove Concepts. I’ve contacted customer service several times about my order and they always replied within a few days. Our sofa, table and chairs arrived today and the delivery personnels were very nice. They assembled all our furniture (white glove delivery) in one hour.
The quality of the furniture are above average, but not exceptional. The designs are modern, clean and simple. We are very happy with our purchase.
We will order more furniture from Rove with the voucher they gave us.
Hopefully our next order will also be as pleasant.
Great design and quality product
I found Rove Concept products to be of high quality and modern design. Customer services has also been top notch. I ordered a bed in late December and had it delivered in early January by a freight delivery firm. Bed came in four different boxes, very well packaged and protected from being damaged during shipping. Wife and I put it together and are very happy about the look, quality and price we paid. I highly recommend.

Found what I wanted but it was a little non-user-friendly to apply the voucher I had to my purchase. It would work better if there was a link on the payment page to login to obtaining n and then click and apply voucher.
Reputation
Website is easy to navigate - no need to contact customer service. Other websites had slightly higher prices, but lacked the Rove reputation and positive customer reviews. Proof will be in delivery and quality.
